"We had our passports stolen in the lift within 15 minutes of arriving at the hotel. The back door had been left open and this enabled strangers to walk in off the street. The apartment had no equipment to enable us to prepare meals etc (not even a corkscrew) and despite promises to sort it out tomorrow, no additional items were left for us."

"we were told it was all inclusive. The only alcholic drinks you could have was draught lager and wine, no spirits. The food was repetitive hotel boring ate out most nights.Entertainment was none existent,very dissapointed."
