"Large apartments, good view of pool area, cleaned daily, and towels changed daily. 5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants, 15 mins walk max to Veronica's, Starco and the Patch. Nearest beach 15 mins walk to either Playa De las americas or Los Cristianos.
Bar cheap compared to bars in nightlife area. Food- does buffet or bar snacks (salads, sandwiches, burgers etc- good value).
2 pool tables (2 euro per game), table football (1 euro per game) and table tennis (1 euro 50 per half hour)
Pool is clean. Not very deep but deep enough to swim.
Supermarket on site a bit pricey, but there is a Spar 5 mins down the road (turn right outside the apartments and just keep on walking - it's on the left handside under the Columbus apartments) which is much better value.
Staff at hotel were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Sunbed mattresses were supposed to be 1 euro 50 per day, but no one was ever asked to pay. Plenty of sunbeds available- no need to be up at 6.30 in the morning to put your towel down...however, PDLA was very quiet the week we were there. Went drinking in Veronica's and there were more Bar Staff (PR's, shot girls etc) than there were customers.
Overall- excellent value for money."

"The Hotel was in an excellent location- out of the hustle and bustle of being within the resort but within walking distance of both Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. If you followed onepath it was away from the road through a beautifully landscaped route, with a children's playground half way.
Upon arrival we were given a ground floor ,road facing apartment which felt detatched from the hub of the hotel, we were the next morning allocated an alternative first floor room with both pool and mountain views. The first room had free TV, the second was coin operated. The cleanliness of the apartments was excellent. The food within the hotel itself was very basic and limited, this wasn't a problem as there was such a variety of eataries within a short walk. The children's disco was a little disappointing as it was tucked away in a room down the corridor- indeed the hotel had no atmosphere in the evening as like us most peolple tended to go out. The children's playground catered generally for the pre school age group( except at midnight when it seemed to get invaded by older children) We had no problems finding free sunbeds, the pool could have done with a little more maintenence(missing tiles), the pool surround was extreemly slippery.
All in all very good value for money, clean and tidy but don't expect luxury."

"nice quiet location yet close enough to the bars and nightlife, pleasantely surprised, however 1 bad comment is there were ants in the kitchen, which is hardly ideal, other than that-reasonable for the money"

"Accommodation was great! Although it's not right next to the beach or restaurants everything was an easy 10-15 minute stroll away."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this resort. The apartments are large, clean
and very well equipped. The resort is quiet and suitable for older couples who have no mobility problems and families with young children. Older children will be bored as there was no children's club or entertainment surrounding area is very nice, hotels built around the golf course some of them 5 star."
