Tugay Hotel is located in beautiful village-town called Calis which is 5km away from Fethiye. Every 10 minutes the dolmus (minibus) stops in front of the hotel and goes into the centre of town. The hotel is approximately 400 metres away from the beach and the neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed. Very close to the hotel is a min market where you can buy everyday items, food and drinks, at reasonable prices.

The friendliest hote. All of the staff give it a very family feel and couldn't be more pleasant. I would thoroughly recommend it as a base.

Top Tip Within walking distance of Calis beach promenade. A visit to Angel who owns Nil Bar/Restaurant with her husband. A fantastic Menu and always a great welcome.

The hotel was a real suprise due to the price paid for our B&B stay. The bed linen and towles changed daily. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay. Now for the down side and is only ONE due to our stay from 12th to 19th October 2009 it was very close to the end of the season so not the breakfast selection other guests would have had. Putting this aside we would totally recomend using this hotel as it is 50m from the beach and 33 restaurants on the promenade. Access to Fethiye is so easy on the local mini buses just stand outside the hotel and the next one will stop the fare is 1.50tlr. We will be staying here again in June 2010. Well done Travel Republic for offering this lovely hotel.

Top Tip As said 33 really nice friendly restrauants on the promenade two to go and sample their delights. The Memosa at the Fethiye end of the prom excellent food, do try for a starter the stuffed mushrooms fantastic the TBone at 26tlr good value for money and for white wine ask for the Direm 15tlr.
The Soul Cafe again really friendly great food a must to go and eat.
For organising your excursions before you leave UK take a look at www.caroltayfun.com and get 15% discount off everything booked. The english speaking staff were very helpful when we visited their Fethiye office.
Just for starters the Sunset and 12 Island Cruise a must and if your our age 63 and 62 the Quad Bike Safari is tremendous fun.
