"Very polite, efficient and helpful staff. They quickly attended to all our requirement, such as supplying extra pillows, ordering us a taxi, giving local directions and suggesting the cheapest car park to use."
Top Tip:
"This hotel is great for visiting the centre of Cardiff, especially if you are going to see a gig or show. It's also great if you are having a shopping weekend as you are right next to the shopping centre. There are plenty of excellent restaurants locally and the Millenium Centre is only a 5 minute taxi ride away."
