"The rooms were very small and the food was terrible ended up eating out every night after the 2nd night but the hotel was kept clean. The evening shows were very ordinary - need some life. The hotel was more like a 2 Star than 3 star."

"Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent choices. Only had one evening meal in as we prefer to sample local food, but lunches and dinners in hotel very good value for money."
"The hotel was ok for a 3 star. The food wasn't special a bit bland and cold. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The sun is on the hotel all day but the pool is freezing. "

"The canteen was badly staffed. Always running out of crockery and having to wait for fresh food to be put out. Sometimes the meal would be almost finished before we were asked for our drinks order. Lack of sunbeds was also a major problem, and if you weren't out there for 8am, you didn't get a bed. "
"nice simple room, stunning sea view each morning, food was excellent as was range of drinks for all inclusive which is fantastic value. I would reccomend this as a good family stay"

" We had one of the back rooms -small- no balcony- no hairdryer- t.v had to be paid for E25 deposit +E7 a day!!!!!!!!!!!! Food very basic not even warm !!!! but a microwave was available. still enjoyed our stay --some nice people there nice pool and sunbed area"
"The hotel was great. The breakfast had a wide choice but all the cooked food was cold everyday, so I mostly had fresh fruit and rolls, great bread and youghurts."
"we are a family with 2 kids, really like the hotel, kids never got bored, food excellent, entertainment was good on an evening kids loved the magic show, staff really pleasent, views are worth it. we hired a car while we were there so we go out and see more of the area. trip into Los Gigantes was well worth it went there often, went on a boat trip (katrin) to see the dolphins well worth it and saw the cliffs of Los Gigantes well worth it also. we would recommend this hotel and the area to anyone and would go back for sure. "
"The only comment I have is the fact that our room was very dark and damp. We had probably the only room without a view, tucked round a dark corner in the hotel. Apart from that, the hotel was lovely, no other complaints."

"We stayed here half board which was I think the best arrangement at this hotel as it was so reasonably priced we ate out at night 3 times.I do not think the choice of food was sufficient for an all inclusive .The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms and balconies were large -all in all we had excellent value for money.We hired a car before we left and enjoyed touring the Island -the resort and beach were excellent."

"Room/view/posittion: very satisfactory. Dining area average not a follower of self service. Food I chose I found to be satisfactory for me. Did not spend time in the hotel vicinity ie Poolside and lounge therefore no comment."
"we had a fantastic time we go away every new year but this one was special weather was fantastic every day was hot no clouds or rain we also took another couple out with us who have never been away at new year and they were smitten with it looks and sounds like we wont be getting rid of them next year or after that they really enjoyed it "

"i booked this at the last minute and it was one of the best holidays I've ever had. the hotel was clean and we had fresh beds every day. the food was excellent and there was plenty choice. the resort itself was quiet but 200yds down the road were bars and restaurants and a few shops. las americas was only a bus journey away all in all it was great and will be going back in january"
