"i wouldnt go back to the hotel again. we had the worst room , no balcony no lighting only a lamp that was pluged into the wall via wires no actual plug. if the room had of been decent then we would have enjoyed the holiday more but i feel that we had been let down . the rep didnt turn up for the welcome meeting, didnt stick to times he had on the notice board for visits i had to phone the reps number to find out the times for pick up for the return, the beach its self was full of cigerette ends and empty cups and botles, the resort was not what i visualised and i have traveled to egypt india etc i am used to third worlds countries and they are alot cleaner than here."

"We booked the hotel specifically because you had listed a gymnasium as being one of the hotel facilities. On arrival we were told that the hotel did not have this facility. A fridge/mini bar facility was also not provided as well as a hairdryer. All of which were listed in your description of the hotel. The rep did not show up to meet us at a time he had arranged. The food was served cold and warm at best. I found ants crawling on the food at the hot plate. The sofa in the front room was infested with fleas and the maid quite often forgot to leave clean towels after taking are dirty ones. NOT IMPRESSED. "
