"18/06/2009... went with friends for long week end , we ll most certainly be going back an with our boys, our freinds going next year with their boys an using same hotel which we d also do . nothing was too much trouble for staff who where very freindly . i can honestly say i ve never seen so much cleaning going on , i really would recommend going all incl. food was amazing an i m not easy to please where foods concerned. plenty to choose from for the kids on all incl. , ice crams etc avail for kiddies all day. there s also a non inclu. menu if you want to pay for certain things eg tia maria coffes but we never paid for anything, had no need . we 'd just do week when we go again with kids think they may get bored if STAY longer as their 11 and 13. was a beautiful beach about 5 min walk . all of resort spotless , was sooooo relaxing , massive range of shops , bars etc.is plenty to do for smaller children , have little go kart track etc and pony rides , can hire bikes or those batterie operated scooters all aval few mins walking distance . DOWN SIDES... ,1. BEDS NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE WE VE SLEPT ON BUT VERY CLEAN ... 2 ... ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE OVER 10S RUBBISH . MAYBE ITS BETTER IN THE MAIN SUMMER SEASON ? 3... DIDN T BOTHER US BUT IN DOOR POOL NOT OPEN I THINK ITS AFTER FEB ? 4... WE ALL PUT 5 POUNDS IN WEIGHT ON GOOD JOB THEY DON T CHARGE FOR EXCESS BODY WEIGHT!!! . cheryl and jon ... wirral .."

"Lovely hotel. Very clean, maids and the rest of the staff go out their way to make you fell welcome. Loads of activities for children during the day and into the early evening. German orientated hotel but we are British and thoroughly enjoyed the goings on at the poolside with all the families. This hotel runs to a high standard in my opinion. Beach only 5 mins walk, bars and restaurants actually underneath the complex. We were self catering as we enjoy eating in different places but we did eat in the hotel once and the food was lovely. ( Can't comment on all inclusive) Hope to stay there again in the not to distant future. Bedding changed every day, bathroom spotless. If cooking then all the utensils are there. Balcony was huge, we were in complex 3, possibly the self catering part of the hotel. Hope to take my grandson of 1 there in August."

"Beach with padalo(s) and sun loungers very close by. Loved Yates bar/restaurant on the beach front. Great food and a good fun pub."

"We stayed half board and the hotel had a wide range of hot and cold food available. The rooms were nice and cleaned everyday. Pool fantastic and had evening entertainment everyday and discos for kids."

"If you dont mind being in a German hotel in a German resort then this hotel is worth using. Dont go self catering as you only get a two ring hob, no oven or grill so food is quite limited."
Top Tip:
"If you dont mind not alot being open in the evening then this is a cheap week away in April. We went on the half term break 8th to the 15th April weather was overcast and rainy for the first 5 days then an afternoon of sun and wind and the final day was 20 degree plus, i would not go back this time in the year to much closed down no alot to do. We were lucky we had a car for the whole week so we just traveld around the island."

"The hotel was very clean and tidy, although the swimming pool was a little bit dirty, but hey we were out of season so they were probably not expecting people to want to use it. Our apartment was very large and cleaned every day, lovely sea view. The food, service and staff were excellant, although it would have been nice to have more than just sandwiches as an option for a snack everyday. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family and would happily return ourselves.

"We loved the beach at Porto Cristo about 10 minutes drive south from our hotel, very sheltered and pretty. Great for sunbathing and swimming."

"Great aparthotel at a great price. We were upgraded from Studios to 1 bed apartments as they were quiet (Feb). Apartments had a full kitchen, marble bathroom and a balcony. Gave us the best combination of self-catering and hotel facilities. Maid service every day and a full restaurant onsite. There's a pool and sauna (didn't try either). The hotel is clean, well staffed and I'd recommend it to anyone. Not sure what Calla Millor is like in-season as we've only been during Feb."
Top Tip:
"Cala Millor is almost closed during Feb so is great for a quiet break. The hotel is fully open so stops the worry of having to look for places to eat as most are closed."

"Great apartment, very clean and tidy with a daily maid service. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restrauant was OK but not great and a little expensive. The hotel is in the German sector of the town and is set up accordingly,i.e all th sattelite TV channels are German and most of the local restraunts and shops are geared toward the german holidaymaker. The Beech is very close and really good, as is the local shopping area with lots of different things to look at and buy."
Top Tip:
"The Spanish quarter of the town is very close to the town and has by far the best choice of bars and cafe's and is almost half the price of most of the shops in the town. We came across a great street market with lots of local people jostling to buy all number of goods and enjoyed the local food very much."

"Had a 1 bedroomed self-catering apartment which was spacious with a big balcony with a sea view. The apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed.(they even provided a tea-towel, which is very unusual) no kettle though and we couldn't get one, had to use a pan. Overall the Hotel was excellent with a large swimming pool and plenty of sun-beds, we would certainly stay there again."

"Sportsman pub next to hotel was good and Cheers pub had great English roast dinners just off the main shopping thoroughfare."

"After having our safe stolen from the room with all our documents and means of getting money taken, the hotel bent over backwards to help. They put us on all inclusive for the week and made phone calls for us and helped as much as they could. I would not recommend the all inclusive as it was fairly poor, but it helped us out. The hotel was very clean and there was a lot of room around the pool with sunbeds available all day. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.Maid service every day and even teddies clothes were folded up."

"The best restaurant is the La Sangria, friendly, good food and fairly priced about a 10 minute walk down the main shopping street from the hotel."

"The hotel was in a good location and was very clean and well organised. As others have said it was mostly occupied by German holiday makers, but, we found them very friendly.

We hired bikes for just 5 euros a day and cycled to Cala Bona and Sa Coma.

Cala Millor is a very nice family place (not for 18-30s obviously). I would go back again and would stay in the same hotel too.

This was the first time I had booked through travel republic. Everything went perfectly and I am booking through them again,in October."

"Sportsmans bar was really good fun - karaoke, friendly staff and good food too - and only 1 minute from the hotel.

There were some traditional tapas bars just off the main strip"

"Nice Hotel, very German - as is the resort!"

"Fantasy Park - just accross the road from the Hotel, Great for the kids with Mini, go karts, motobikes etc. Also just across the road is a bike hire place which we found useful."

"We wanted a cheap last minute get away and for this it was brilliant. The hotel was in a good position, near to the beach and cafes and shops. The hotel was very clean and our room pleasant and comfortable.

We were particularly pleased with our transfer to the report. A Mercedes People Carrier certainly beats arriving in a coach which tours all the resorts and hotels!"

"I was on holiday with my disabled daughter and would certainly use the Cala Millor Park again. It was in an ideal location with easy access to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment itself was a good size, very clean and nice and bright. We had a balcony looking out towards the sea and it was a beautiful view.
This is the second time I have booked accomodation with Travel Republic and will continue to use them for future trips abroad."

The Cala Millor Park hotel is located in Cala Millor, in the north east part of Majorca, where the guest will be able to enjoy one of the biggest and cleanest beaches on the island and a wide variety of tourist and sport facilities.

Accommodation

All studios and apartments are equipped with direct dial telephone (at a charge), satellite TV, fridge, air conditioning, heating, safe box (at a charge), furnished balcony/terrace with side sea view, kitchenette equipped with utensils, micro wave and baby cot (on request). The apartments are also equipped with sofa bed.

Food & Beverage

The hotel comprises of a la carte and buffet restaurant.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner soft drinks, juices, water, beer and table wine are offered. Snacks are available between 10:00 & 23:30. Tea & coffee time with cookies, cakes and pastry is from 16:00-18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, juices, beer, coffee and tea are served from 10:00-24:00 at selected bars.

Sports & Leisure

Sporting and leisure consist of an outdoor pool that is suitable for children, indoor pool (acclimatized), parasols, sun beds, ping-pong, shows and animation, mini club, children playground and golf. Sauna, billiard, squash, diving, diving lessons and tennis lessons are also available at a charge.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include pool games, gymnastics, aerobics, ping pong, sauna and excursions (trekking). Entertainment is also available daily with games and competitions as well as evening programmes with shows, live music and dancing. Especially for children there is a kids area and kids animation (03-12 yrs old).

Facilities & Services

The Cala Millor Park offers internet connection, car hire, money exchange, air conditioning in common areas, e-mail and fax service.
