Iberostar Playa de Muro Village is a Mediterranean-style luxury hotel with 190 rooms in 7 blocks, and 1 floor (no lifts). Iberostar Playa de Muro Village together with Iberostar Playa de Muro Hotel constitute a spacious holiday complex with 500 metres of beachfront. Guests of Iberostar Playa de Muro Village are entitled to use all the facilities of the whole resort. The resort offers a sophisticated atmosphere ideal for couples and families.

Accommodation

Spacious, modern superior rooms for 1-3 persons (2 adults and 1 child) with parquet, telephone, satellite TV with flat TFT screen, safe for hire, mini bar, microwave, kettle, air conditioning/heating, bathroom, shower, WC, hairdryer, balcony or terrace. Family suites for 2-4 are identical to superior rooms but with a combined living-bedroom with 2 bed-settees and separate bedroom. Baby cots are available. Daily cleaning service and linen change (three days a week), ecosystem upon guests’ request.

Food & Beverage

The resort provides its guests with three spectacular buffet-show cooking restaurants (one with exterior terrace), a grill-buffet restaurant on the beach (15/06-15/09 also open for dinner), a la carte restaurant on the beach, a burger house and BBQ lunch served in the terrace next to the beach bar. For the guests’ convenience, a generous continental breakfast for late risers is served until midday. Available to guests at the resort are also the 8 bars, each with different ambience and entertainment. Special children’s buffets are available for the youngest guests.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), Continental breakfast (10:30-12:30), lunch (12:30-15:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served at the Gregal or the Tramuntana restaurants; lunch at the beach restaurant Embat. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the A la Carte beach restaurant Llevant (12:30-15:30) and the Embat beach restaurant (19:00-21:30). Snacks such as burgers & hot dogs are available between 12:30 & 18:30 at the pool snack bar Llebeig. Locally produced & premium brands of international alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Mitjorn salon bar (09:00-24:00), Ponent salon bar (14:00-24:00), Llevant beach bar (12:00-17:00), Embat beach bar (11:00-18:30), Xaloc lobby bar (19:00-23:00), Mestral piano bar (19:00-24:00) and the Mestral terrace bar (09:00-24:00). In-room mini bars are refilled every day with soft drinks, water and beer.

Sport facilities within the complex include the new Thai Zen spa, fitness room, tennis at a charge, beach volley, beach club with a private sandy solarium with towel service, sun terrace in the well-kept garden with loungers and parasols, Jacuzzi (closed July & Aug), sauna, aerobic, air rifle shooting, aqua fit, archery, body pump, bowling, darts, face mask, healthy back, Nordic walking, pilates, aqua aerobics, step, stretching, sunrise exercise, table tennis, and body conditioning. At an additional charge the hotel provides guests with services such as banana boat, bicycle rental, billiards, boat trips, catamaran, diving, golf, horse riding, jet-ski, kayak, mini golf, mountain bikes (by third party), pedaloes, putting green and windsurfing (third party). Furthermore, the hotel has an indoor pool & whirlpool (closed July and August), massage, and shopping centre. There is an entertainment program with daytime activities at the sports area of the resort, and different ambiances at night with live music (piano), “Star Friends” shows (Iberostar Playa de Muro) and professional shows (Iberostar Playa de Muro Village). Children facilities consist of separate children’s pool, playground, mini club (age 4-7), maxi club (Jun-Sept, age 8-12) and teenie club (age 13-17).

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis (from June), fitness room, jacuzzi (closed in July & August), sauna (men & women separated), two outdoor swimming pools, three kids pools, one indoor pool, sunloungers & parasols by the pool, pool towels (with deposit), aerobics, pool aerobics, steps, stretching, sunrise exercises, table tennis, air-rifle shooting, aqua fit, archery, beach volleyball, body pump, bowling, darts, Nordic walking, pilates and walking. Entertainment consists of dancing with orchestra (twice weekly), professional shows (seven times a week), entertainment shows (five times weekly) and a full programme of activities shared with the Iberostar Playa De Muro Hotel. For the youngest ones there is a playground, mini club (04-07yrs old - May-Oct), maxi club (08-12yrs old – Jul-Aug) and teenie club (13-17yrs old - Jul-Aug), all from 10:00 or 10:30-13:00 & 15:00-17:00.

AI guests are obliged to wear a plastic bracelet. Dress code applies at the Gregal & Tramuntana restaurants (long trousers for men). Not all the above outlets are open all year round.

Useful Information on Distances

The hotel is situated approximately 5 km to the centre of Puerto de Alcudia with regular bus line, 55 km to the PMI airport, 5 km from the Puerto de Alcudia and 7 km from the Ca’n Picafort. There is a regular public bus to Ca’n Picafort, to Alcudia, Inca and Palma.
