"We booked as all inclusive,as it turned out the hotel did'nt understand the meaning of. .For example, the hotel beach bar only served lunch at an extra charge,they felt it reasonable to charge for lunch,a point I argued with the manager to no avail.Wine in the resturant is also charged for, if served in a bottle,this was Egyptian wine,which we were led to believe was the local wine therefore included in the all inclusive,when we recieved the bill on checking out it was a different story,the dodgy egyptian wine cost us over £22 a bottle we were conned. There was very limited entertainment,and after midnight all drinks are charged for.all in all a lovely hotel apart from all the hidden extras.PS in the hotel brochure,the mini bar in your room is included,in fact they will charge for anything consumed from this,again the manager was not at all helpful."
Top Tip:
"This hotel is not realy ALL INCLUSIVE."

"Great weather and only an hour from airport. Used A2B for transfer, very efficient, no waiting and we were given a private taxi to ourselves. Nice hotel and great location but went all inclusive and did not feel the food was up to much. Limited choice on the buffet style service. Rooms were of good standard and whole hotel was clean and well looked after."
Top Tip:
"Great Windsurfing location. Had lessons from Rob at Harry Nass Surf Centre. He was an excellent teacher. I had no experience at all but by the end of the week was feeling confident after a pretty shaky start. Would recommend to anyone."

Top Tip:
"The hotel is almost on the beach. Just next to Harry Nass windsurfing center which has best range of windsurfing kits."

"We found the hotel perfect with all staff being very friendly and accomodating. Reception organised travel to and from the airport and could not do enough to help. Would certainly recommend this hotels to friends. Very peaceful and relaxing."
Top Tip:
"Glass bottom boat trip for 5 euros was certainly worthwhile."

"A most enjoyable stay in a lovely quiet resort. Right on the beach, clean excellent attention to detail. No lift if stairs are a problem.

Management most helpful and arranged two excursions to Jordan and St Catherines Monastery.

Definite for palce for wind surfers, snorklers, divers and those who just want to relax in an oasis."

"Very friendly hotel and nice people at Dive Centre too. Excellent beach for young children and nice bit of snorkelling 30 metres out. Generally a very good winter holiday venue."
Top Tip:
"If you go to the Blue Hole, make sure you get a good vehicle to go in. The journey in a small jeep was a bit...scary!"

"Very comfortable, clean hotel with excellent rooms. On the negative side the hotel was overrun with drunk, loud russian tourists who the hotel staff seemed to dislike. Generally not the friendliest of places if you are on your own. The lagoon is a bit of a windsurf expat scene - which is fine if you're into that but otherwise a bit exclusive..."

"For a much friendlier experience stay in one of the hotels in Masbat as the beach restaurants are full of friendly, easygoing travellers."
