"The swimming pool falls into the shade of the hotel by lunchtime and for the rest of the day. My stay was in October and the sun may be higher earlier in the year. the beach is beautiful and only feet away from the pool-side loungers."
Top Tip:
"I didn't eat my evening meal in the hotel restaurant. There are a wide range of very good restuarants nearby. Zodiac bar (kareoke) is good, cheesy entertainment!"

"We have been to the hotel twice before but it has now changed hands. The maid service and the food were excellent. The public toilets at the beach bar were in need of cleaning most of the time. The toilets in the hotel beside the restaurant were also in dire need of cleaning and upgrading. The new owners have made aa outside terrace into an lounge area which is excellent but they will have to spend more money to bring it up to the standard of the surrounding 4 star hotels. In saying this I would go back."

"Well i dont think this is enough space for everything i would like to say.HA HA We booked this hotel because it was next to the hotel my son was getting married at, after booking we went on to travel reveiw sites and some said good and bad, but i said to family members its up to us to make it a good holiday, well talk about eat my words it was by far the best hotel ever from the management , staff in all areas including the ladies who kept your rooms beautiful there was no fault with this hotel at all i would rate this well over 5 stars, having never been to cyprus before this hotel had everything lovely clean pools with good notices about ,a grassed area with sun lounges and the beautiful clear sea with plenty of water sports, rooms were good size lovely and clean, and the food was great at every sitting and plenty of it excellcent holiday we were not disappointed already looking to return in september well done travel republic and iliada for making your holiday go great xxxxxxxxx"

"We did not stay in the Iliada as it was closed. We were moved to the Constantinos. This was a very good hotel with great food and a clean beach.

We were not warned that the hotel was closed, the helpline was also closed and we had not been given any other contact details. Fortunately our taxi driver was very helpfull."

"There's a lovely litle church up on the hill, it has great views and had nice flowers leading up the steps."

Situated right on one of the finest golden beaches in Cyprus, in the heart of Protaras. The wide choice of restaurants, bars and water sports, promise an unforgettable holiday, both for the most discerning traveller and families alike. Elegance, style, excellent food and service will enhance even more this perfect holiday.

Accommodation

The hotel consist of 112 rooms including suites and honeymoon suite tastefully furnished with TV satellite reception, radio, direct dial telephone, mini bar, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, central heating, balcony with side sea view or sea view overlooking the golden sandy beach of Protaras, the gardens full of colour and greenery and the Mediterranean sea.

Food & Beverage

You can find a wide range of restaurants in the hotel: The Eleni Restaurant is combined with light effects an exquisite a la carte menu and a varied menu, is the ideal setting for a candlelit and relaxing dinner. The Argo Restaurant not away from the pool surrounded by trees and flowers, is the place to be in the summer for a cool drink accompanied by a wide choice of snacks, Greek specialties, cakes and ice creams. The Thalassaki Beach Bar is next to the pool and just few meters from the golden sandy beach the Thalassaki Beach Bar offers a wide choice of snacks, pizzas made exclusively by the American Pizza In, cool drinks for those hot summer days and a variety of ice creams. Combining all the above with the cool breeze of the Mediterranean Sea, there is no better place to relax. The Armonia Cocktail Bar is a tastefully furnished place, offering the ideal spot for those pre dinner cocktails or aperitifs and after dinner liqueurs and coffees.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30). Breakfast & dinner are served buffet style, while lunch is A la Carte. During lunch & dinner house wine by the carafe, draught beer, soft drinks and still table water are offered (all local). Light snacks are available between 10:30 & 17:00 by the kiosk. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, draught beer, brandy, liqueurs and soft drinks are served from 10:30-24:00 at the hotel bars.

Sport & Leisure

Freshwater swimming pool with a childrens padding next to it. Atlas health club, sauna, massage and steam bath is inviting you for relaxing moments. There is a floodlit tennis court and a wide variety of water sports are also available on the beach ranging from paragliding, water skiing, banana rides and scuba diving. In house weekly program including music, folkloric shows, special barbecue nights, Cyprus nights and carvery nights.

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include gym, table tennis, daytime tennis and entertainment programme.

Bottled wine is available at a charge.

Facilities & Services

Free beach towels, sun beds and umbrellas around the pool. Also available are: foreign exchange service, high chairs, baby cots, room service, babysitting on request, laundry and dry cleaning, mini bar and private covered car park. Conference facilities for up to 90 delegates with audio-visual equipment and other conference services are also available.

All Inclusive General Info

Upon arrival guests are given a wristband which they are requested to wear at all times. There will be a charge for broken or defaulted wristbands. Build up of drinks is not allowed. Each guest can order one drink at a time. Offering drinks to other non-AI guests is not permitted. The management reserves the right to cancel the AI package for guests who misbehave or dont accept the hotel policy. A non chargeable purchase ticket should be signed. Children under 18 years old are not allowed to order alcoholic drinks.
