"I was very happy with the hotel and all it's facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional and everywhere was very clean. I was the only English person there but I didn't mind that. The other holiday makers were mainly Croatian, Slovakian, Hungarian or German."
Top Tip:
"A car is really necessary to explore the area which is lovely especially the Krka Waterfall, the coastal roads and Sibenik town is very pleasant. Zadar and Split were fascinating too."

Official Rating - 4* - All Inclusive Light

The city of Sibenik and its region are located on the central part of the Adriatic Sea in Dalmatia,between larger cities of Zadar and Split. Sibenik region has two national parks, NP Krka and NP Kornati. Solaris Holiday Resort is situated 6km from Sibenik and located on a peninsula, in a beautiful Mediterranean environment, covered with a pine forest. The resort has 5 hotels (Ivan, Jure, Jakov, Andrija and Niko), apartment complex and camping grounds. Jure hotel is located on the peninsula, 50 meters distance from the sea, surrounded by pine woods, 6 km far from Sibenik.

Accommodation

The hotel has 248 rooms and 8 apartments equipped with air-conditioning, direct telephone line, sat TV, toilet/shower, hair dryer and balcony.

Food & Beverage

All the meals are served in buffet style where guests will have the pleasure to taste the hotels own production of bread, rolls, cakes and ice cream. Once a week guests may also enjoy the Dalmatian theme dinner

Sports & Leisure

There are 9 sand tennis courts, bowling court, bowling alley, bikes to rent, two outside swimming pools with sea water, one for adults and one for children. The hotel is only 50 m away from the beach, which is settled, cobbled, with pebbled bay, suitable for children, showers, possibility to rent parasols and sun-beds, dressing cabin and slide near beach bar Sunce.

Spa Facilities

In a central position of the resort and within an easy distance from Ivan Hotel you can find the Wellness Solaris Spa & Beauty, which is the biggest Spa in Croatia. In the wellness centre they use traditional methods of health, relaxation and beauty and you can enjoy gratis the use of heated indoor pools, with sea and fresh water, a variety of underwater effects and fitness room. You also have the opportunity to choose among a large number of offers and services (with extra charge) such as thematic massage rooms, Finnish sauna and Mediterranean grotta, therapy with healing mud, cosmetic face and body treatments, aromatherapy, manicure, pedicure, solarium, lymphen drainage, yoga and pilates technique for body shaping.
