"The hotel was quite average. When we arrived the heating was not working in the bedroom or bathroom and it was minus 5 degrees outside but we mentioned it to the reception and they sent the maintenance man up straight away. He fixed the heating in the bedroom but could not get the towel rail to work. Two days later we came back in the room to find the bathroom flooded with water. The bathroom rail was now working and leaking water all over the place. We called the maintenance man again and again he came straight away to fix it. The room was quite dark and the bed was small and the sheets did not fit the bed. They were too small. The pilows were too soft and the towels really rough. We also could not get English television although advertised. Previously we stayed in the sister Hotel Kazimierz 2 which was a better standard and cheaper. The only problem with the sister hotel was the noise from the trams in the early morning. Kazimierz 1 is in a quiter and better location than the sister hotel."
