"Excellent location, helpful friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower room modern with plenty hot water, towels changed daily if required. Bed could have been more comfortable with proper pillows but overall we were very pleased and thought it was value for money. Breakfast was very good with alot of choice and was available from 7-11am! The surrounding area had lots of restaurants and tavernas and the main square was only about a 20min walk away. Would definately recommend for a 2/3 day short break."

"the hotel is in a good position to explore the city from,but the trams can be a bit noisy,so request a room at the back,we were lucky and got one.
Found all the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.
Also arranged our airport transfer at areasonable price."

"We stayed at Kazimierz 11 hotel in August08. Room was sufficient for us .Breakfast was very good and very well presented.The staff were very helpfull with information that we required.The hotel was clean and had trams outside of hotel that went right into centre of town .Lots of places to eat, ect. Lots of shops and hugh mall.We stayed in room 004 that was on ground floor and was very quite.Would recommend if staying in Krakow."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff polite and helpful; breakfast was wholesome, plentiful and well presented. For budget accommodation I would say that it rates amongst the best. Our rooms were on the 1st floor overlooking the courtyard and so would have been quiter than those rooms overlooking the street but there was no escaping the sound of the trams on one side and the occasional train on the other. Having said that we soon got used to the sounds and I can't say we sufferred any loss of sleep. The hotel, although not centrally located, was pretty well situated on the edge of Kazimierz district and close to numerous bars and restaurants as well as synagogues, museums and other places of historical interest. Central Krakow was only a short walk or tram ride away in one direction and the river Vistula and the new shopping mall 5 mins in the other. The tram stops outside the hotel and the regular frequencies of the services made it particularly easy to get to train and bus stations 4 stops away. We would certainly consider stopping at this hotel again on future visits."

"Read reviews on this hotel before travelling, and took on board comments about noise in front rooms from trams.When we arrived we requested a quiet room, and were given a room overlooking the courtyard which was perfect, when you consider the ammount of time spent in the room.
Breakfast was excellent served until 11.00am.
Staff were also excellent nothing was to much trouble, they gave us some complimentary tickets to the cafe tram because the weather was not that good on the first day.Would stay at this hotel again but also liked the look of sister hotl KAZIMEREZ."

"My wife and I found the hotel extremely comfortable;spotlessly clean with a staff who were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Brerakfasts were excellent and its only drawback was the noise of the trams at night.. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to othe rvisitors to this superb city."
