"thier food is bad
i think it is 4 stars not 5 stars"

"We have stayed at the Kenzi Farah 5 times now and we have found it more than satisfactory. The position is perfect for us.
There are only a couple of things that we would like improved upon. The restaurants are poor for this calibre hotel. Breakfast is good and has improved since we first went there. The bedrooms and bathrooms could do with updating, but none of this stops us going back again and again."

"Really nice holiday, weather was great - hot during the day and cool in the evenings. Food was excellent. Great live music in the hotel bar."

"Very friendly and helpful not the best in the world but very homely"

"We had a wonderful holiday at the Kenzi Farah Marrakech, although the rooms themselves were a little sparse (although we felt this was expected) the communal areas of the hotel were of a high standard and very welcoming. The hotel itself was relatively expensive and food wasn't the best, but it's location was great and restaurants and sites were all within easy walking distance.
The hotel staff were always very polite and service was great.
Upon arrival the ClubMed rep was quick to make contact and arrange a fantastic day trip into the High Atlas and Mid Atlas mountains. The guide spoke excellent english and we both felt the day was very much worth the trip.
All in all we had a fabulous holiday, had no complaints and would highly recommend the area, hotel and travel republic for booking."

"I went to Morocco with my 10 year old son for two weeks. We mainly trekked around but stayed in this hotel as a mid holiday treat! I normally "rough it" a little so to me this hotel was pretty posh! I didnt eat there but the staff seemed very friendly and junior loved the pool. If your idea of a holiday is to lie around a pool with entertainment etc then this hotel would be good for you."

"good value and very nice food."

"Comfortable rooms, nice gardens and pool side, good choice of restaurants and not terribly expensive. Location is quiet and away from the main hussle and buzzle of Marrakech, easy to escape after a hectic day in the souks. Recommended."

"Good spacious rooms. Unlike UK no tea coffee in rooms. Excellent breakfast, highly recommeneded. Beautiful gardens pool spa and gym. Indoor pool. Rooms were very clean."

"An ideal place to press 'pause'!"

"hotel was beautiful, very clean an modern. unfortunately the staff did not speak much english and were very arrogant! prices were also very expensive!!"

"the hotel rooms were fine but the food was not very good. i would rate the hotel more a three/four star hotel rather than five star..charging for use of the indoor pool i thought was uncalled for."

"As a World traveller, I found Marrakech quite a 'step back' in time. My duration of stay was 'about right' and was able to enjoy all the city had to offer, including a nice escape, out into the Ourika valley.
The hotel was well-located, relatively short walk to the 'epicentre' of the bustling main square. Hotel was 3 1/2 Star by my ratings and good value for what money I paid."

"The weather was glorious and that might have played a big part in the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel for the amount of money we paid was fabulous. I agree with other guests that the breakfast could be improved but the hotel had a wonderful swimming pool with marvellous gardens and it was perfect to be about a fifteen minute walk away from the Medina. We had adjoining rooms with our children who had two large double beds and we had one large double. The staff were exceptionally nice to us and we had no complaints. I agree it is not an English 5* but I was not paying 5* rates."

"No Problem, good choice for location, restarunt can be a bit like a canteen but avoid rush hour and it really is very nice."

"quality of food could be improved"

"Marrakech is colourful, friendly and exciting. A day trip to the Atlas Mountains is a "must" and if you are fit enough, a 6 kilometer trek along the goat trails will be rewarded with good views and seeing how the Berber villagers live. Food good and not very spicy. Souks great fun! Taxis cheap and can be hired for the day at a very reasonable price. Money readily available through ATMs but take some Euros in small demoninations to tie you over with tipping until you can get local money."

"Hotel was good but disappointed that hotel guests had o pay for use of indoor pool.100 dirhams each."

"Ok, the food is indeed served cold and is very poor, but the room was large and well equipped. For the price this was a comfortable and well sited hotel."

"It was not a true 5* - I would rate it as a good 3* however it was pleasent and friendly clean and comfortable. Needed updating and a good lick of paint from the outside. Inside was ok."

"Breakfast is good if unadventurous (standard UK hotel stuff)
Spa & Health services are all extra & expensive. The sauna/indoor pool etc listed as hotels facilities are not really, they are only available by paying extra.
Walking into both French Quarter & medina is not too far - beware taxis will charge inflated prices going to & from posh hotels like this"

"The hotel was above average, clean, efficient with English speaking staff. The evening meal was based around a different theme each night and was excellent and plentiful. The garden is one of the best and largest hotel gardens in Marrakech where you can relax under towering palm trees."

"The hoel is advertised as a 5 star hotel but I would rate it as a 3 star hotel.
The booking of excursions and changing of currency is rather informal as you do not get a receipt for you transactions. But having said that I did not have any trouble with the above.
The breakfast can get a bit kayotic if you go down for 9:30 - 10:00 am"
