"Good Hotel for the price. Food may be a problem if you are a vegetarian and there was not much variation in the food everyday. Poor Air Conditioning system."
Top Tip:
"Bus Number 1 form outside the hotel takes you straight into the city centre and the souks for Dhm 3.50"

"1st room given had no air conditioning and over kitchen. It was obvious staff knew about the air con as said some clients liked it warm!
2nd room given was small, dark and in ear shot of loud music from a bar.
3rd room was fine.
Was not 5* standard but this was expected as experienced Egyptian/Morrocan hotels before. It really catered for all inclusive clients and the buffet and other restaurant had limited choice"
Top Tip:
"Eat in the Medina and find authentic cuisine in a Riad or small restaurant"

"Fantastic holiday at the right price!

The only issue I had was with the return transfer which I had booked through yourselves. Our driver for the transfer was introduced to us by our travel representative who was obviously keen to get us to go on some of his tours, but did not inform us of the pick up time for departure. Unfortunately, I had not read the last bit of the info on your confirmation email:

"DEPARTURE FROM RESORT
Your pick-up time/location will be confirmed on your ARRIVAL. If you are
not given this information please call 00212 (0) 61 57 95 06 AT LEAST
24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE."

Therefore on the morning of departure we were told that our driver has already been to the hotel and left without us - even though we were hours early! Fortunately there we more than enough cab drivers around (and I have a sneaking suspicion that one of of them was actually OUR driver)! We made it to the airport in time anyway... with one of the other cab drivers.

This is obviously something that I should have prepared read myself to avoid problems - but please inform the representative inb Marrakech to inform travellers of departure times in the future.

I am happy with the service you provided to me and would definitely book with you again.
