"The air conditioning was next to none it was reported nothing was done. There were Cockroaches in the room, big ones at that ! also one evening when turning back the bed covers ants where exposed on the bed linen NB no food eaten in the room. The Breakfast was "OK" nothing special very greasy that`s if you took the the cooked option, not very imaginitive boring to say the least! Would we go there again not a chance! one of the worst Hotels we have stayed in. I went to use the Hair drier it fell off the wall exposing all the electrical wiring. This was reported on leaving the Hotel, so we are unaware if it was acted on"
Top Tip:
"Wembey Bar very friendly for the odd beer. Mama's an excellent restaurant"

"No air conditioning, poor hygiene in the restaurant, uncaring/unconcerned staff. No offer to change rooms and when we asked for a change of hotel this was ignored by the the representative."

"Even though this was only a 3 star hotel we thought that the breakfast (which consisted mostly of fried eggs and beans every morning and not much more) and service would have been a lot better ( one maid and about seven other members of staff). We were made aware that the Manager was making cut backs
but that should not effect the Hotel Guests. We are not alone with these complaints as other Guests with which we spoke and have stayed there before said how it had deteriorated and would not as we also would not stay there
again in fact it resembled Fawlty Towers as it was such a joke."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Evening meals were lovely. Not much choice though and breakfast very basic.
Only complaint was that the water broke for most of the second day we were there. Would stay there again. Good value for money."
Top Tip:
"Rebecca's restaurant about half a mile towards the old town is fantastic for a cheap and good meal out."

"You have the wrong hotel.
We stayed at the Navaria NOT the King Richard Beach.
Hotel was ok for the price only problem was : No tea or coffee making facility or hairdryers in room AND not allowed to plug in any personal electrical items in room."
