"Hotel was great for us as we were looking for a quiet hotel. Rooms were large and clean. Pool was excellent. Hotel was just accross the road from beach and promenade where all the restaurants and bars were. Hotel food was good, Bulgarian food. Large supermarket along the road."

"Excellent standard of rooms. Large, AC, balcony, clean with fridge and plenty of storage. Pleasant local food, good variety and choice. Quiet hotel, no noisy entertainment. Nice pool and sunloungers "

"Everywhere has cocktails on buy-one-get-one-free but the best bars were bikini beach and veny's"

"The Hotel was very clean and modern and the location was good. The food was basic but of a good standard and staff were really nice and friendly. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and your were given clean towels everyday."

The hotel is situated in the quiet, peaceful and green holiday village of Zora, Sunny Beach. The distance to the beach is about 80 m, to the centre of the resort 3 km and to the historical town of Nessebar 8 km.

Accommodation

The hotel Kiparisite offers to its guests tastefully furnished 76 twin rooms in 6-storey building. All rooms are equipped with two twin beds, two arm-chairs, which can be converted to an extra beds, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and WC, telephone, mini-fridge, air-conditioning and satellite TV. All rooms have balconies. In all the rooms there are two extra beds, which allows for two adults with two children to be accommodated. The size of the rooms is 20sq.m.

Food & Beverage

The hotel offers a restaurant with two dining rooms, a bar, a panoramic bar on the roof balcony, and a pool bar.

Sports & Leisure

For guests to relax and enjoy their time at the hotel, an open-air swimming pool and children sector is available. Also sauna, fitness and games room are available for the guests convenience.

Bulgarias biggest beach resort- Sunny Beach, which offers not only water sports facilities, but lots of other options too: tennis courts, horse-riding school, bowling and mini-golf, volleyball on the beach and archery. There are more than 150 restaurants, cafés, night clubs and discos.
