"The hotel was well situated along the main beach-front road with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms clean and perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was ok but we did get a little bored with it after a few days (it would have been nice to have some fruit with the Greek yoghurt!). Downsides were: road noise, not from the road that goes through the town in front of the hotel but the one that by-passes it at the back, so take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; a lack of other English tourists at this hotel (predominantly Dutch and Eastern European it seemed), apparently June/July attracts the English tourists more."
Top Tip:
"The best two restaurants we ate in were Meltemi, a fabulous traditional Greek restaurant along the beach-front road, it had great service and such fresh food. Also, for a change from Greek dishes, Basilico was a really lovely Italian restaurant. It is on its own facing across to the main harbour front bars and restaurants but they have created a lovely atmosphere there, friendly service and delicious food.

The small bar opposite the hotel (owned by the hotel) do a really good Greek Salad too.

If you hire a car or bike then don't miss going to hilltop villages of Vourlites and Manolates. Although there is not so much to see in the former it does have a very pretty and restful square to stop for coffee or lunch. Manolates is a really lovely little village with lots of pottery and other craft shops, some pretty streets to wander through and a few tavernas for refreshments."

At the disposal of all guests there is a swimming pool for adults and one for children, as well as various entertainment activities. The distance from the beach is only 50 m, from the town centre 500 m and from the airport 35 km.
