"This is a 3 star not a 4 star it also has only 1 size o apartment witch are very small. Bedroom with two single beds which are ok, a standard bathroom which is also ok. But the living area has a very small kitchen worktop the smallest sofa bed I have ever seen which covers 50% of the floor area when made into a bed. The apartments are clean but only suitable for a couple and one child. We have two children and had to be moved to a different hotel. They admitted at the hotel that the apartments are only suitable for 3."

"The Hotel was fairly basic but very clean and the maids came every day to clean and provide clean towels and linen. I'm not so sure this was 4 star but none the less we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is prodominantly German holiday makers so if you want more English speaking people to holiday with then maybe you need to look somewhere else !!. I'm half german so it didn't matter to me !!."

"The hotel was very nice, however was 95% full of germans and spanish so other people not being able to speak spanish might not enjoy this. The entertainment was all in german. The rooms where very good and clean and the pools very good and always space to rest."

"Apartment excellent. Resort just what we wanted. only two niggles
We were asked to call the shuttle transfer number a couple of days before we were to return. We did this, but were asked to call again the next day. We called about a dozen times , but the number was always engaged (left off hook?). Eventually we made contact, but we could have done without the uncertainty
The check in queue (XL)for return was horrendous, but this is apparently normal for a Thursday"Top Tip:
"We've never found a bad restaurant in Lanzarote, especially if you like fish or shellfish. "The Lanzasur Bungalows were very nice and I would recommend them, however, their location is badly misrepresented on the map on the booking site. We had stayed in Playa Blanca before and chose this accommodation on the basis of the map location which indicates close proximitry to the resort centre and the best beach when in fact it is a full half hour walk to the center and another 10 to the beach. This was disappointing and a bit tedious."
