"Modern hotel, 15 minute walk to Argostoli where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The whole island quite hilly. Hired a car for 4 days and saw most of the island. Not much to do when raining, as the weather was unsettled."

"A good free breakfast including full english-as much as you can eat. Decent room (13) with a small kitchen area with hobs, fridge and electric kettle. Wardrobe storage a bit small. Bathroom very small with tiny shower area. (not good). Air con expensive at 6 euros per day (84 per 2 weeks). Modern place kept nice and clean by decent staff. The boss though is a bit grumpy especially with the English. Good pool area but no pool bar. Located near to a SMALL beach but with a fair hill to climb to get to the restaurants and bars. Good taxi service to Argostloi but at 6 euros a bit expensive for such a short trip. Would not use again-would prefer a more central location. In all fairness we have had much worse."

"Only problem I had was that I had booked for self catering apartment. I did not have a kettle or toaster in my room. Only two hotplates to cook on. I was very disappointed at not even being able to have a hot drink in my room. People who were staying at the same accommodation as bed and breakfast customers had a kettle in their rooms. Why didn't I?"

"Although only a 2 star hotel, we were more than pleased with the Lassi Hotel. The location was great - near the beach and not too arduous a walk up the hill to the town. The breakfast was very good - continental style and the staff very friendly. This was a great little hotel and we would not hesitate to stay there again."

"When I arrived at the hotel the room allocated was directly next to the swimming pool, had no balcony and the window would have to be closed all day and all night. Thus the room was very hot. I asked to be moved and after some reluctance by the receptionist we were given a different room which was a lot quieter and had a balcony."

"Nice and clean room well serviced . If you want air conditioning it's a bit expensive at 6 euros a day. Not a suitable location for anyone who has any dificulty at all with walking due to the very steep access roads; both up to the main road and down to the nearest beach, We heard a lot of moans about this from all types of people,from elderly visitors to the less unfit younger people. Pleasant views over the bays and a tranquil location. Don't think we would consider this hotel at the full asking price in current brochures but no complaints about the hotel itself..Only reason for its average rating is the hilly acces roads."
