"NIce hotel very clean but out on a limb regarding location.Very attentive staff and relaxing location"

"Clean hotel, spacious room, beds very hard! Another couple said the same so it wasn't just our room. Breakfast unvaried and consisted of 2 types of cereal, greek yoghurt, tinned peaches, white and brown bread, maderia type cake, cheese and cooked meats. Orange juice was squash not fresh. On the minibar fridge there was a notice forbidding us to store our own stuff inside, we did but then took it out before the room was serviced. These are relatively small points, the air conditioning was effective and cost 2 euros per day in addition to that already paid throgh travel republic, a safety deposit box incurred a 2 euro per day charge also.
This hotel is in a scenic area, away from the more commercialised Lassi, sea view from the balcony excellent. However; it can not be overstated how hard the beds were. Pool area lacks shade and the pool itself is not very big, but that said, very quiet all the time as no other hotels nearby to make use of it. Pleasant decor, our room was new and more than adequate."

"Greek hotels are not necessarilly the 'best' in the World, however, this hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and concerned about us, (they warned of the hazards of Kefalonian roads in the wet, not often mentioned in the brochures).
The hotel was particularly clean and the only critiscisms I could raise would be that the breakfast may benefit from some fresh fruit and the sunbeds at the pool would benefit from a matress."

"Great hotel - modern and clean but too far to walk i'd say from the Lassi nightlife - taxi rides needed. Chilled atmosphere. Highly recommended."

"One of the most friendliest hotels I have stayed at. The staff were great, very helpful.
The hotel itself was set in a wonderfull and unspoilt location along fanari scenic route, approx 20 mins walk to restaurants and Lassi.
Very clean, modern Hotel, deserves 3 stars, good breakfast, lovely pool.
I would definately stay here again and have been impressed with Travel Republic too for good value and efficiency.
If you would like me to write a review for the hotel I would be happy to.
It really was a nice stay, great view from balcony too. If I stay again I would like to request room 212.
A good choice, for those who like to be away from the action in an unspoilt setting.
Thanks.
Will book again soon."

"Clean, Tidy and welcoming the Liminaki exceeded our expectations for a 3 star Greek Hotel. We stayed a week in June and enjoyed our time there. The location is about 45mins walk from Lassi and about the same to Agostolli. This meant it was quiet but a car was essential if you wanted to see more of the island than just the locality. The pool was great with plenty of room and clean warm water. Our only critism was that the breakfasts were rather uninspiring consisting of cereals, bread, canned peaches and cakes. We felt that croissants, fresh fruit or something hot would have been nice. The management are aware of this shortcoming and will rectify in due course. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation to others."

"The hotel was very clean the Staff wonderful and so friendly. The view from the balcony amazing. A lovely swimming pool. A lot further to walk to town than anticipted and i would recomend to hire a car."

"It was a very clean and comfortable hotel in a lovely postion and great views( well we did at the back). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would reccommend to all."

"third visit in 12months - must like the place - nice people, nice accommodation - excellent value to date"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area was spacious and clean although the water quite cold! Would stay here again. This hotel is far beyond its 2 star rating. I'd recommend hiring a car if staying here as a taxi either way to Argostoli or Lassi can cost about 6 Euros a time."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff very attentive, food was great, though a more extensive menue is required."

"very clean quiet friendly hotel.35 mins stoll to lassie down lane some unlite and
50 mins stroll to argostili again some unlite.taxi 5 to 6 euros to and from both good tavernas in both locations.north isle tour 26 euros well woth it cheap car hire
woth it to see south part of isle.great boat trips.very peaceful isle"

"We've just returned from a two week stay at Hotel Limanaki on the island of Kefalonia - very clean rooms, beautiful well kept gardens, clean swimming pool. Thankfully, no lager louts. I suggest car hire in order to really appreciate this stunning island."

"Hotel was good, but a bit too far away from other facilities - it was a 15 minute walk to any restaurant, and 25 mins to a shop.
Hotel could have done with a small shop for basics."

"Our first holiday away together as a couple and we truley enjoyed our stay on this fantastic island in first class accomodation. Really couldnt fault the hotel, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The front desk was manned 24/7. Towels and linen changed EVERY day. There was not the widest range of meals in the hotels restaurant but we had planned to eat out most nights anyway so this was not a problem. Would stay again if we revisit Kefalonia."

"Fab hotel, fab location, fab people, fab island!
The Hotel Limanaki is an excellent place to stay. It is located right in the middle of the resort of Lassi and the capital, Argostoli and is clean and friendly.
The hotel is walking distance (approx 20-30 mins) from both Lassi and Argostoli making it a great spot. Most people has hire cars, but we didnt find this necessary unless you wanted to explore the island (something we'll do next time we visit!).
We stayed on a Bed & Breakfast basis. The breakfast was from 7am - 11am and consisted of lovely coffee and fruit juices, cereal, fruit and greek yoghurt, boiled eggs, cheese and meats, and breads with various jams and greek honey. Delicious!
Would definitely go back the the hotel Limanaki - in fact we are thinking of booking again for next year, but this time for 2 weeks!"

"Second visit to Liminarki Hotel and once again staff friendly standards very high. Well Done!!!"

"Clean, comfortable and well above 2 star. The staff could not be faulted and indeed were more welcoming than some staff we have encountered in 5* accommodation. We look forward to returning to Kefalonia and without a doubt would stay at the Liminaki again."

"We were made to feel very welcome in the hotel by the staff and owner, we even tasted his homemade apple cake, which was delicious! Nice peaceful location, but close enough to good restaraunts, and beaches. Great walks to Argostoli, and historical sights. Great value for money!"
