"hotel and staff excellent.
food/drink you could not fault,plenty of variation to the theme menus,lunch barbecue brill.
rooms cleaned ,linen repalced and towels changed daily.
entertainment was basic but sufficient for the holiday.
flights and transfers went with out a hitch,
all members of our party thoroughly enjoyed there breaks all of us would definately return."

"Booked a Twin Room Seaview Balc/terrace, got a small room with restricted sea view and small balcony.Tried to complain at reception but nobody was in charge as the duty manager was never available. We made friends with a family who had a twin room Seaview Balc/Terrace ,their room was much bigger with a large terraced area with sunbeds etc.Food was excellent though and varied to suit all tastes.Kids club was not up to standard as they could leave when they want. Sauna/steam room and Jacuzi not available and the smell drifted from the toilets to the kids club just outside.Entertainment was every 2 days for 30 mins.Nothing outside the Hotel apart from a regular bus service though kids travel free.If you are looking for a quiet relaxing family holiday o/k. All that apart we actually enjoyed it as we met people from all over the world and made good friends."

"Easy-Going hotel.
For all-inclusive guests the lunch is taken in the 'barbecue' open-air area, which develops into a bun fight, both for food and a table on which to eat it! As there is no checking of clientele, and it is near to the beach, there is a suspicion that the diners may not all be guests at the hotel.
Unable to use part of the room cupboard space as the door wouldn't open. Report to the reception was ignored.
Wine served in bottles drawn from casks not recommended. No alternative wine list offered."

"good hotel, correct star rating, food and service was very good, evening entertainment was poor and only on three nights in the week we stayed, i had taken my elderly parents and found the hotel ideal for them with all amenities close at hand and easy to access, we stayed in a pool/garden room which where newely refurbished and very well layed out, rooms where spot less and cleaned daily, beach was narrow and unatractive yet the water was good with safe depths out to around 30 m from the shore,"

"A great hotel, more like 5*, food fantastic, cleanliness and staff both excellent. Right on the beach, not the best beach however, but once over the pebbles warm and shallow, suitable for younger children. The evening entertainment was very low-key, could be improved upon to create more of an atmosphere in the evenings. The kids club was fine though. Young singles may be better at a livelier resort however, but great for families/couples."

"All inclusive is a good choice at this hotel as the food is excellent with plenty of choice at all meals. Food is high quality and we appreciated the outside dining area overlooking the pool.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Night time entertainment at the hotel was very limited and there is not much else available in the immediate locality.

Pool is very nice - clean and warm.

The garden rooms have recently been refurbished - perhaps the main hotel rooms will follow. Fridge in the room free of charge."

"The hotel was excellent, we requested a larger room which was delivered and due to the complex being newly refurbished, we had a brand new room with large balcony and garden furniture - it certainly lived up to it's 4 stars.

The pool was large but at this time of the year, cold. This didn't perturb us from using it however. The pool and beach beds were all free, and pool towels provided for a small deposit.

I would wholly recommend the All Inclusive Package - the food was excellent and plentiful, not only serving full breakfast, hot lunch and dinner every day, the beach restaurant provided salads, chips, burgers, pasta throughout the day. Litre bottles of water were handed over the bar on request for use round the pool, beach and to fill up your room fridges. The alcoholic drinks included named brands and even cocktails - we didn't need to pay for a thing.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The entertainment fairly basic, but for families it was adequate. We didn't venture out of the hotel complex or look for additional entertainment - this area is fairly quiet.

I travelled in term time in May, so the average age was 50 years, but I am presuming during the school holidays more families would use this hotel."

"Loctated a few miles from Larnaca, with only a few shops and local tavernas within walking distance, the all-inclusive option was a 'must'. Hotel facilities were very good, there was a good choice of menu and most staff were friendly and eager to please. As this was an end of season break, entertainment was very limited and a little amaturish."
