"first of all the room was not like in the pictures. no dining room furniture like shown and defintly not as clean. we had silver fish in our room. my head board kept falling off. the bathroom smelt of sewer works some days the smell came and went. 1 of the days we were without water. and worst of all we had a cleane once in 10 days. we ran out of towels on the 2nd day we got 1 towel per person and when asked at reception for new towels they said cleaner was on there way. which was a lie. lifts smelt of urine. and the stairs were filthy food everywhere, top to bottom was full of rubbish. will not be staying there again for sure"

"The hotel can only be described as extremely basic but fairly clean. The lifts stunk of urine. The appt was very small (5 guys) The second bedroom was so small that you could not close the door as the beds were in the way. The air con did not work. lost 200 euro's from the locker? good location, extremely noisy as you would expect with the type of people staying there, most of the doors damaged, would not stay there again. At £762 for the week do not consider this value for money."

"Hotel is definately for young groups of people, not couples families or older people. Very basic hotel but location is fantastic!! Directly next door to BCM nightclub and BCM Square but also for a quieter night it is near to many shops and quieter bars and restaurants of Palma Nova just 10 minute walk.
Do not expect much sleep in hotel as many people are up all night! Pretty much like me and my friends - we slept on the beach, much more peaceful we thought!
Pool area is ok but noisey as they have Radio 1 blasting out all day - pool is clean and refreshing though.

Overall - hotel extremely basic, location brilliant!!"

"hotel was alot better than expected, we found that being so close to bcm meant we could easlily drop stuff off if needed and disnt need to worry too much about walkin home safely. the pool environment was wicked and the bar staff were also good with music playing all day!"

"We stayed at the Magalluf Playa Apts for a hen holiday - the hotel was in a perfect location for a hen holiday (right next to the big BCM night club and very close to pubs, restaurants and the main strip). There were 5 in our group, however, we had two 4 person (one bedroom) rooms. Even had there been 4 in a room there was still plenty of room. We were self catering and our room was def lacking in utensils, crockery and cutlery but we ate out every night so this never bothered us too much. Never saw the maids the whole 4 days we were there so had to ask for clean towels, would have been nice for the floor to have been cleaned at least every other day because the floors quickly get dirty. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. Would recommend the hotel for folks on a similar holiday to ourselves, certainly isn't the type of hotel for a family or elderly couple. I don't think Magaluf is the resort for either group either - better with Palmanova."
