"apartments very basic and very tired looking. dont expect any sleep in these apartments due to young people screaming and shouting all nights. expect dirty towels and dirty/ ripped sheets"

"very basic!, theres no way this is a 3 star hotel, shud be 2, we stay in 3 star hotel every year in portrush, n.i every year and its 100 times better than this. suitable for young people who are out most of nite etc but kitchen was very small, 2 rings and fridge, no plates or knifes at all! plus kettle was about 50 yrs old and u have 2 boil it on hob, its 2008 not 1958!, overall very disappointed, wudnt stay here again"

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN IF UR YOUNG AND LOOKIN THE PARTY SEEN, 3 OFF US LADS STAYED 7 NITES COULD AVE STAYED LONGER. RITE NEXT DOOR IS THE BCM AND SPORTS BAR, POOL BAR SEVERES QUIT GOOD FOOD AND THE DRINK IS ALSO CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHERS. 5 MIN WALK FROM BEACH. 2MIN WALK FROM THE MAIN PARTY STRIP... LUSH GREAT PUB..... WATCH OUT FOR THE CLUB REPS TRYIN TO FLOG CHEAP VOLKA AND BULL IT CANNOT BE DRUNK...

"Room was very basic but to be fair the only times we used it was to get our heads down. Not as noisy as we were led to believe and not half as dirty!! Didn't have any roach problems. If you are on a clubbing holiday then this is the perfect hotel as it is in the middle of it all! A literal stones throw from BCM, a five min walk to the beach and to the strip. A great little place if you're on a budget. Highly recommened!"

"The hotel has the best location if u are a young group on holiday as it is next to bsm and 5 mins away from the main srtip and beach!!!

Everything is within walking distance of the hotel!!!

Wouldnt recommend for a family or old couple as the hotel becomes very lively at night with ppl avin partys before they go out!!!!

But wud definately reccommend 4 young groups!!!!!"

"Not nearly as bad as some reviews suggested! It was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful. It was very noisy but so is the surrounding area and it's fine if you're expecting it. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised."

"after reading other reviews expected it to be quite dismal and a bit run down. My room was really nice, basic but very clean. basic bathroom but nice power shower. really good value for money and very central. maids came 3 times a week and hotel staff very helpful. the room next door did get broken into but they did not have safety deposit box, we did and our room was untouched. overall really nice apartments and would defo stay again, not for families but excellent for the younger ones... cant wait till next summer!!!!!"

"The hotel we stayed in was disgusting, it was extremely loud, as you were only given one key per apartment, and in some apartment there was 6people. As you can imagine not everybody comes home together so you heard people banging on hotel rooms from around 4.00am - 7.00am in the morning. The hotel room was dirty, the bathroom constantly stuck as there was no window and when you got a shower the water went everywhere!! Ewww it was the worst place I have ever stayed!! I even came out of my room one day to find a used condom on the floor."

"Clean, basic, definitely not 3 star as advertised. More like 1 star. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally located for people who want to party. Our balcony overlooked BCM Square so it was very noisy until after 4am, just how we like it. The pool was filthy."
