"The hotel was excellent especially the fact that the all-inclusive was available at other hotels within the group and was accessable by a free coach ride. Our particular room was a little tired but still clean. A bit daunting that there was no locks on our patio door.
The Magic Cafe entertainment in the evening was good.
The room was lovely and warm."

"my third stay in this hotel this year, the food is excellent, rooms cleaned and towels changed every day.
The rooms could do with re decorating.

"near to beach and shops and bars etc, only thing i can fault is that all bars and lounges in the hotel are smokimg permitted no non smoking areas even although the law as of January 06 says no smoking this seems to be non exsistent in this hotel"

"I got what I paid for a basic but clean hotel, a wide and varied choice of food, friendly courteous staff and entertainment to watch if I chose to do so. I would add that the hotel is an older building and the decor a tad tired but like most people I only slept in my room therefore all I needed was for it to be clean which it was and for fresh towels to be provided each day which they were so no complaints from me.

"The hotel room was small dingy in need of decorating and the only outlook was a rather dirty very high wall which held pipe work which kept you awake at night if you opened the window for air. The communal areas of the hotel were very noisy because of being on the main road, on a brighter note the food and resturaunt were very good and the roof area although again in need of re-vamping was a pleasant area to retreat from the constant bustle and noise of the rest of the hotel."

"Above average food. Standard rooms are dingy so we upgraded and paid for a superior room which was well worth the money. Staff helpful. We have visited the hotel more than 6 times and if its a relaxing break youre after this is the place to go."

"My husband and I booked a late deal as we wanted a few days in the sun however we were unfortunate to book this hotel. We arrived and everything seemed ok, we checked in around 1pm and got a room key at around 2pm.
We booked the all inclusive and indeed the drinks and food are free, the main drawback is that you are unable to get bottles of water only cups and the restaurant gets extremely busy, however the food is plentiful and is good quality although you need to be ready to fight for your food.
The deco of the hotel is dated (70s) and is in need of repair
The hotel advertises itself as a 4 star on the internet although when you arrive it’s clearly states 3 star.#
The location is good, although if you want to get some slip before 2am, find another hotels as it is almost impossible due to the noise in and around the hotel.
During my wife stay she slipped down the stairs between the sun deck and the pool and broke her foot, she slipped due to the amount of standing water around the stairs and pool area, these areas are not protected by any non slip surfaces you would get in the UK, There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area and you not able to watch your kids from the sun desk.
I would strongly recommend take going to this hotel if you have children or elderly.
The service and care from the staff in the hotel is appalling as nobody cared and frankly they were aggressive and rude."

"This hotel was excellent would definatley go there again it's part of group of 10 hotels if you stay all inclussive you can use the facilitys of all 10 hotels so when your out and about and need a drink or food you just use one of the othere hotels, brilliant idea. hotel central to beach and shops, clean food good staff helpful.
Only downfall was pool on 7th floor and undercover but we just went to one of the other hotels and used their pools, there is also a free bus which goes from one hotel to the other every day so doesn't even cost you. try it and you'll use that chain of hotels every time when you go to benidorm."

"My wife and i stayed for 7 night at the Cristal Park Hotel old town Benidorm and booked in all inclusive.We found the hotel room was very spacious with two twin beds a sofa and fridge also a tv.It was perfectly clean as maids came in every day to clean and change towels ect.There was 5 good bars and Family entertainment every night.The Food was varied and plentiful and even when meal times were over we could get snacks.The drink was local but very good and when the las bar closed at 1.30 AM a self service bar opened so it was 24 hours if you required it.The swimming pool was indoors on the 7th floor next to one of the 2 sun terraces 1 with a bar and of course snacks that were also including in the priceA gymnasium was also on the 7th floor.There was something organised for the kiddies every day of the week.Free trips were available for those who wanted to partake as was a picnic for people going home.We could use our pass card at any of the hotels in the group.Alltogether a wonderful experience would visit again."

"The best hotel i've stayed in for the brilliant variation of food to please everyone, the bedroom were a bit basic, the staff very friendly but the local spirit was awful, very central and will definately visit this Hotel again and take my own vodka."

The food was excellent
Was very impressed over all
The only down fall was the inside pool and the sun terraces were up on another level and the entertainment wasn't up to much but you made your own entertainment with people you meet
The hotel staff very friendly
Would go back there
Really enjoed it there
I always go to Greece wasn't keen on Spain but I have now had a change of mind and wouldn't mind coming back to Spain"
