"This was a budget hotel so we got what we paid for. It was a one bedroom apartment with sea view. The sea view could not be bettered - uninterrupted panorama of Larnaca bay. The beach was shingle & dark sand, and the cloudy water was shallow to the artificial breakwaters when depth was obtained. This made for very safe swimming at all states of the tide & weather. I felt quite safe even swimming in a storm.The accommodation was tired - the cooker in the kitchen was rusty and there was a separate hob unit on top of it, presumably because the fitted cooker was faulty. We did not attempt to use the oven, and the temporary hot plate was used sparingly. A radiator in the bathroom was rusty. I have sent you photos of these two items by separte email. A fault with the air conditioning was fixed promptly. Maid service was good with the room being cleaned daily, and linen replaced twice. The location was quiet. The local strip had a variety of restaurants - we had a bad experience in one so ate further afield as we had a car. There was ample car parking. The exterior grounds were rather scruffy and the swimming pool had a green tinge which looked rather unhygienic. A faulty light in the lift was fixed the next day."

"there cleaning standard was not good at all,plus there was no phone in the appartment and the forth bed was not comfortable at all.the swimming pool was very very dirty with no one coming to lookafter it during that week we stayed there ."

"the pool was dirty whenever we used it we came out and it had turned our clothes yellow.the apartment was dirty and was invested we ants,we could not cook in the kitchen.every time you opened a draw all you could see was ants.as for ever useing these apartment again NEVER."

We were on first name basis with the staff and the manager always remembered our names.
The apartments are basic, very clean with air conditioning and located on the beach.

"Having had a long delayed flight to our resort we arrived to a reception of urine in the hotel reception area, food on the landing of the hotel and chewing gum on the curtains in the room, along with unwashed floors, mouldy breadboard, unwashed utensils in the kitchen and pubic hairs in the bath and around the toilet area!. The were not at all prepared for us and had not supplied a cot as requested...infact they were expecting only 2 adults and not the 3 plus child as booked. When they arrived with the cot for our 2 year old it was filthy dirty and looked like it had been stored outside. They used a bed matress that was folded in 2 and was so stained I could not have allowed my child to sleep in the cot.
We were so disappointed we privately arranged a transfer to another hotel in a completely different resort which was actually cheaper than the original Michaels Beacv hotel. Obviously the reasonably priced holiday actually turned out to be more expensive than had we booked a holiday through Olympic Holidays who we eventually stayed with at Agia Napa.
I cannot give any positive comments about the hotel or staff and I think that maybe an inspection of the hotel by one of your representitives would be holy appropriate."

"The hotel apartments were in an excellent location on the beach, they were clean and tidy and the maid came in 5 times a week . Air conditioning was included in the price and we did not have to pay extra, sunbeds were free on the beach. We had a sea view from every window, and was value for money. The hotel was located between two newer 5 star hotels, which on arrival, was a bit disappointing, but we could not complain about anything."

"Clean and tidy hotel, very helpfull staff. Hotel is Located outside of Larnaca £5 in a taxi or 80c on the bus (bus stop just outside). Located in a quiet area not too rowdy would suit young families"

"When I arrived at the hotel I had no room as there was a mistake, however, the staff here were excellent, they not only found me a room, but a fabulous room, clean, spacious and with a great view of the beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas. Jimmy and Rita and Magda made my stay really enjoyable and I would return to this hotel again. I recommend you book it and enjoy it !"

"this is our second time there and we think it just needs refurbishing a little taking into acountb we were there when the horendous weather it Larnaca we still enjoyed it we stop there on route from our daughters house in Saudi Arabia.Special comment for Demetrious who is a very friendly and obliging manager hoping to stay there again.One thing that lets it down is the beach in front of the hotel."

"This was suitable for our requirements, there was ongoing repairs to the building which is showing its age,but it was clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned everyday and clean towels were left. The manager/owner Jim was very helpful as were all his staff and I would definitely stay there again. We thought it was good value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and look forward to visiting again, Paddy and Cheryl."

"Basic but spacious and comfortable. The rooms were a lot better than some more modern hotels with more 'amenities' but less space. The staff were friendly and helpful"
