"THIS IS ABOUT THE FOURTH TIME WE HAVE STAYED HERE. THE DIRECTOR JUAN AND HIS STAFF ARE REALLY HELPFUL, THE FOOD IS GOOD ( FRESH / EXCELLENT SELECTION / PLENTY AVAILABLE / REFILLED REGULARLY - SERVICE IS VERY GOOD - ALL IN ALL ANOTHER REALLY PLEASANT RELAXING STAY.

(ONE SMALL SUGGESTION - IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HOSE DOWN THE SLABS IN THE POOL AREA ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK MAYBE. )"

"Nice clean hotel food ok however if you want a peaceful holiday this is not the hotel for you weekends hectic and noisy due to invasion of spanish families. Would not visit this hotel again for this reason, dining room was a nightmare at weekends and food very often cold, on a positive note evening meal served until 10 pm but the spanish also eat late so still hectic."

"Having stayed in this hotel a number of times, we did find the staff somewhat harrassed during our stay this time! the hotel was full and they all seemed to be rushed off their feet!, we were definately in the minority being English and the hotel was full of Spanish people on holiday.
Even though we requested rooms close together as we were 2 ladies travelling with young children we were put on complete opposite sides of the hotel and the hotel were unable to move us. We made the best of it but the situation was not ideal as it was a 5-10 minute walk between rooms."

"HOTEL AND STAFF ARE VERY GOOD. FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH AND PLENTIFUL. MANAGEMENT IS EXCELLENT. BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE AND BEDROOMS GOOD. STANDARDS VERY GOOD, LINEN CHANGED REGULARLY. "It was a lovely Hotel. I wouldn't really recommend full board to anyone because the food was just average. We ate in the Hotel in the evening a couple of times and you can get much better meals elsewhere. The Hotel itself is very nice with a big indoor pool as well, which is great if you visit outside of the hot summer months."

"The room and restaurant were very good, and the staff helpfull. the common area's need upgrading.

We had a car, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel without one. Its a long way from any amenities."

"There were a few things that we felt were not up to ther usual high standard like the buffet breakfast did not have fresh fruit and other small things we noticed having stayed here several times before.

"My wife and I were very satisfied with just about every aspect of our stay.
Of particular note, the swimming pool covered with a 'greenhouse' structure offered the opportunity in mid-March to swim in water at about 27C then relax on loungers in an ambient of about 30C. Ecstasy !
Food was good and with a wide choice. The curious Spanish trait of presenting luke-warm food didn't matter too much since there was a microwave oven and plates were stored in a really hot cabinet.
There are none of the tea- and coffee making facilities now normal in UK hotel rooms so if one wants this it's necessary to take these. especially for coffee;that served in the Restaurant was, to our taste, pretty revolting. The sole criticism!"

"Nice hotel staff very helpful rooms comfortable, the entertainment is all in Spanish and the hotel is geared more for the Spanish
The nearest bar / restaurant is a 12 - 15 minute walk away from the hotel would be nicer if there were some more local bars/restaurants to make a change in the evenings and somewhere to be able to walk to on the large 4 hotel complex"
