"This is a 4-star hotel despite some of the reviews I read before travelling but it is in disguise and that is reflected in the price. It grows on you. For a Winter Stay it's great. The food / restaurant is excellent as is the indoor swimming pool. The hotel made a really big effort for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner and it showed."

"The hotel was very nice and clean, the food was really good value for the money ad the staff were friendly. The only problem is that it is up quite a steep hill and a fair distance away from the main nightlife."

"3 adults and one child booked we entered the room to find 3 single beds... we asked for bigger room but they had none. they put another bed in which was extremely cramped. a jumper and makeup went missing from the room when reported to reception they werent bothered and they asked the cleaners but they hadnt got them wrapped up in the laundry they said! on last day we left the luggage in the secure locker room only to find one case had gone. the case with all the xmas presents in and cigarettes,clean clothes, all toilitries makeup, razor. the other cases hadnt been touched they obviously knew which case to take. a man on our floor also had 400pounds stolen out of his suitcase on the same day. we went to the police and are awaiting them to watch the cctv!! something very dodgy going on here - be aware. we went to celebrate my fathers 80th and do some xmas shopping and its all gone i am so upset....."

"the hill up to this hotel could be a problem for older people. the food was excellent, the indoor pool was lovely,didn't use outside pool as weather too cold,the reception and bar area very nice. the staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. my only critisism was the rooms,very basic for a four star, had nicer rooms in a three star hotel and whoever designed the bathrooms wants to give up his day job as you have to squeeze around the sink to sit on the toilet!!!! all in all i was very pleased with this hotel and have booked to go back in february. at the bottom of the hill there's a pub called the triangle, a good night to be had there."

"lovely hotel...dont listen to others about up a mountain..took parents with us (one with asthma) and we walked up and down about twice a day with ease...
food excellent always hot and loads of choice and not just foreign items
staff very helpfull...especially restaurant staff
loads of hot water which some hotels seem to lack especially just before evening meal
indoor pool was warm to say it was december
very good value for money"

"Very friendly hotel, the food was excellent. The walk down to the beach and the shops was quite steep and wouldn't be suitable for older people or people who have problems walking but there is a bus outside of the hotel."

"The staff at the hotel were absolutly amazing you couldnt ask for a better service.
IF your not into the night life that spain has to offer the hotel had their own entertainment nights and put a show on for the last hour every second night which ranged from acrobatic shows to migicians and dancers, which was nice if you fancied a quiet one at the hotel.
the food was all pretty good aswell the hotel put on a buffet for breakfast,lunch, and supper all you pay for is your drinks and its pretty much eat as much as you want.
A bonus to the hotel was putting on busses to either the beach or the old town of Benidorm and back,these came every half and hour or so which was pretty good, especially because of the hill its on, the locals call it cardiac hill haha only takes about 10 mins to walk down the hill to the beach which isnt too bad it helped walk off the huge meals you had there couldnt tell you how long it would take to walk up, I didnt even try that 1 haha

As long as your willing to accept some of the culture this hotel is definatly recomended for all types of folk young and old alike."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay excellent food and hotel reasonably quiet, just a little way from the beach and up three quite steep hills. Hotel provided bus to Old town and Beach, but conductors not very co-operative when asked where to go to be picked up. No deposit safe in our room or tea-making facilities. These would have been appreciated."

"Excellent service, rooms are clean and tidy but basic. The only downside of the hotel is the steep hill. But the hotel do provide free tickets for the bus down to the beach or old town which is a bonus."

"stayed in hotel last year and would say food was better on last visit although plenty choice.reception and restaurant staff very friendly.would not recommend for older folk as unless getting bus the hill climb would not be suitable.
ON THE DOWN SIDE - The day before leaving my room mate discovered about £35 missing from a compartment of his case but did,nt report it(which he should have) or mention it to anyone else in our party.On the morning of leaving i chapped door of others in party to be told that one of them had £20 missing and again from zipped compartment of case,he reported to reception who advised that the police would have to called.There was absolutely no point as we were just leaving,so left a very bad taste after having a great holiday."

"Would have no problem returning to this hotel..
Room not to spacious but comfortable,Maid service everyday..No complaints about food..
Only downside was the walk back up the hill in the evening,,but needed the excersise anyway to burn off all the good food..

6th time in Beni,,,best hotel yet."
