"This hotel was ideal for us. The staff were very pleasant and cleanliness was of a very high standard. Probably the best 3 * accomodation we have stayed in. Can't wait to go back!!"

"The hotel only had single beds. We requested a double bed (as we are a couple) and the agent assured us that there would be a double bed. When we arrived, the hotel said that none of the rooms have single beds. This should be advertised in the description of the hotel. "

"Having previously read up on reviews on this hotel I requested a room with a nice view not in the 30's because of what the reviews said about looking onto a brick wall. We arrived at the hotel at 10.30pm and were given room 42 which when we went into the room also looked onto the brick wall. The fridge was leaking water and when it was turned down to stop the leaking was not cold enough for most of the food. The TV didn't work properly so we complained to reception and they sorted this for us. There was a fan in our apartment which was no use what so ever. The pool area was very nice and clean and you never had to get up early for sunbeds. Sunshades and matresses if needed were available at a charge of €1.50 each per day which was reasonable. The food was nice from the pool bar and reasonable price. The maid service is good apart from they do start about 9am so if you want to sleep in then you must put the sign on your door handle. They only have two days off which is Thursday and Sunday. I would travel to this aparthotel but only if I could guarentee that we were given an apartment not looking onto the brick wall."

"Variety of food was excellent,the compact nature and helpful staff made for an easy relaxing holiday. The only problem was no air conditioning meant the rooms got hot at some point inthe day. there were always beds by the pool and plenty of space to lounge around the clean and well maintained poolside."
"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fairly basic but clean and fresh. The pool and the pool area were also well kept and the whole family were able to enjoy the warm water and relax on the loungers; One word of advice is to be down at the poolside early to hire a parosol as the poolside can get hot before mid day. the small coffee bar which also serves drinks and snacks was a little costly and you will certainly pay for the convinience of having drinks and snacks on site. hotel is in a good location and has pretty much everything in every direction - shops, restaurants and an assaultment of family and adult bars. "

"THESE APTS WERE VERY WELL RUN ,THEY WERE CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY,THE POOL BAR/RESTUARANT WAS EXCELLENT,AND THE KIDDIES AREA WAS NICE.NOT FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART THOUGH BUT IF ITS TOTAL RELAXATION THEN I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THE PANORAMA APTS."
"The cleaners were very noisey in the mornings especially on change over day But they did do a very good job, the complex was spotless. My mother (77) and I had to get our cases down a flight of steps into our room and we were not offered any assistance with this by hotel respection but they rang for a taxi for us when we left for the airport."

Decent selection of crockery for self catering.Reception not perhaps as helpful as it might have been - also events not well advertised - only on notice board in reception which was 2 floors up. Well situated for restaurants particularly at Puerto Colon. Pool clean and well maintained but nothing for children to do and not allowed to swim unless adult in pool area - which in our case was further away in some cases than on our patio - that said the lifeguard did keep a reasonable eye on things. "

"This is about the 6th time we have stayed at Panorama and we are 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. The staff never seem to change and are exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. The complex is spotless and the Dining Room is adequate for choice of food etc. W e only returned home three days ago and have already booked again for March 2008."
"I have never stayed in a hotel before where you have to leave a deposit (£60 euros) at the start of the week, a further 20 euros deposit for a tv remote, a further 20 euros for a toaster and another 20 euros again for an electric kettle (this was supposed to be self-catering). Also, there was no air conditioning and the room was sweltering all day and all night."
"Ideal position for the beach / bars / restaurants. All public areas clean and tidy - staff were very obliging and helpful. Pool was fine, always sunbeds available although had to pay for cushions and parasols. Everything clean in the apartment. Had a broken toilet seat when we arrived and this was fixed straight away when reported. disappointed with the 'deposits' for near enough everything kettles, toasters, fans, TV remote control and last but not least the room! - we are in our 50's and hardly likely to trash things. Having said all this we were satisfied with the accomodation and thought it was good value for the money. "
