"great hotel the room was excellent very clean down side very few british 20 out of 400 !!!! food very repetitive very tasteless drinks not cold enough water slides needed more water in them "
"It is a nice clean hotel, with very friendly staff. There are few english people who stay there, mostly Russian, Polish and Czecks. The food is acceptable but does cater more to the tastes of eastern block guests. The massages at the health club are wonderful. They seem to be sprusing up the place at the moment and there are lots of things for the kids to do. "
"The hotel's public areas are extremely well maintained, lots of greenery, well cleaned and well maintained. The staff in the hotel were all polite, friendly and helpful. The food was varied and on the whole the quality was good. There was always something that our fussy children could eat. The hotel room itself was a little tired, but we spent very little time there so it didn't really matter. The entertainment programme was extensive and the staff's friendliness made up for the sometimes not too slick routines - the staff should get 100% for effort! The kid's club staff were brilliant with the children, friendly and made the few times they attended lots of fun."
"Great food, location- close to the beach, nice swimming pools, staff very friendly ( ;-))) ) . The hotel is great for kids and adults. There are some entertaiments happening everyday (if you feel bored) The main adventage is that you are able to use the facilities of other hotels."
"the hotel was ok as in teh layout, the slides the food. as an all inclusive i found that you have to pay for some of the entertainment, your only served half lagers, and you are pesterd when sunbathing every 5 minutes (no exaturation) all day. The animation team some members were rude to our children. "
"On arriving hotel did not have our booking and hotel was fully booked after alot of debate we were given a room with one queen size bed for the four of us to sleep in. Further beds did not arrive until the following morning after more complaining. Service was very poor and my wife and son were poorly with food posioning. The hotel was full of Russians who were aggressive and extremely rude towards us. Not a good experience and would not visit again."
"albatros resort hotel good, staff friendly, food good, always cleaning, facilities excellent such as slides and wave machine in aqua blue next door,beach nice too, had a great holiday, We would certanly return to hurghada it was lovely ,probably the same hotel."
"This was my 2nd visit to Primasol Albatros Aug 2006 and now Aug 2007, The children love the slides, the staff are very helpful and polite. The hotel allows salesman to wander around the pools during the day and try and sells trips, it is constant and gets a little waring at times. The hotel could maybe do with having some of it's massive profit's spent on a little paint and tounch up'. It's looking a little tired!!"
"EXCELLENT SERVICE, WONDERFUL HOTEL, STAFF REALLY HELPFUL. only down side, the food not over hot and a little bit repetitive. Plenty of food available but mainly catering for the Germans and the Russians.Loved the fact that you could get chips at the pool side, and a mug of tea/coffee. People selling the trips a bit annoying after a while. We had an excellent holiday. Travco reps very polite and willing to help. Travco trips well organised and good value for money."
"hotel was brill , good selection of food all day long the staff were excellent rooms were lovely and clean towels and bedding changed every, then staff couldnt do enough for you.With a choice of seven pools, slides and use of the sister hotel across the road which has also got slides and its own beach theres plenty to keep children occupied aswell as the kids club."
