"Good and spacious rooms, good view, variety of breakfast items, polite staff, swimming pool, central location, birthday cake!

Lots of noise for rooms with Nile view
Very noisy and crowded reception
Breakfast area too small for the number of people
They made an error and charged us for mini bar which we did not use"

"Great hotel, very large room with mega king size bed and 2 single beds.
Great service, very efficient and friendly staff."

"Avis car rental office is situated in the lobby and there is a secure car park just across the road accessed through a very nce shopping cenre and food court."

"Book an upgrade to executive floor and take full advantage of the free soft drinks ,and snacks all day.Fantastic views of the Nile from the 25th floor executive lounge balcony this even includes the sunset view in far distance of the pyramids.
The staff are very helpful and friendly,nothing was a problem.We are regular visitors to Cairo and this is the first time we have used this hotel its in a very busy spot,take your life into your own hands trying to cross the road to the British Museum,we most certainly would use this hotel again."
Top Tip:
"The shopping mall over the road is a must for shoes and hanbags ,you will pay very good prices for good quality designer copies."
