Riu Playa Cala Millor is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Cala Millor, just 10 m from the beach, separated only by the water-front promenade. Both modern and lively with its 1,5 km long beach of fine sand, Cala Millor in the north-east of the island is a superb holiday destination. The hotel is an 8-storey building surrounded by 2.000 sq.m of lush garden creating a relaxing environment for a pleasant holiday. Note that the hotel was recently renovated in the winter of 2003/04.

Accommodation

The 242 guestrooms feature bath/WC, hairdryer, fitted carpet, telephone, central air conditioning/heating (according to season), ceiling fan, mini-bar, satellite TV and an in-room safe (at an additional local charge). All rooms have a balcony and most rooms have sea front view or partial sea view.

Food & Beverage

The main restaurant (non smoking) serves breakfast and dinner for half board guests. Breakfast is comprised of a varied buffet with whole meal products and on the spot cooking stations. You can snack during lunchtime in the hotel. During the summer the pool snack bar is open. For dinner you can choose from a cold and warm starters buffet, a main course buffet and some additional dishes prepared on the spot. Vegetarian dish and a dessert buffet are also available. There is a special evening organized by the hotel twice a week. You can enjoy your drink in the lounge bar.

Sports & Leisure

Sporting and leisure activities include a swimming pool with children’s section, complimentary sun loungers, parasols and towels (deposit required) by the pool, table tennis, gymnasium, billards with charge, card games room, water sports are available and mini golf, nearby facilities at a charge include tennis courts, horse riding, bicycle hire, 9 hole and 18 hole golf course. Within the complex there are various entertainment programmes several times a week for children during July to end of August, day time entertainment for adults 6 times a week. Shows such as live music or RIU evening programmes are also provided several times a week.
