"Having read some of the reviews on these apartments, I was prepared for the worst. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the place was clean, with reasonably good decor, nice terraces with sea view and great sunsets, a very nice maid and friendly staff, and a wicked power shower. Taxi fare to beach is only 3 euro (recommended).
Pool is clean and the pool bar, run by a friendly Scottish couple, is really handy!"

"Bedroom and bathroom very clamy. Cleaners rarely came and when they did, they mop floor and that was all. Towels and bedsheets had musky smell. No A/C. Mouldy bathroom with water leaking from floor. Too many stairs in the building, lift only takes you to pool/bar floor and top where the entrance is. Extremely unfriendly receptionist. However bar staff were very helpful and nice. Pay as you go TV with rubbish cahnnels. Generally clean. Very good size balcony."

"For how cheap this hotel was i was suprised how nice and spacious they were. Even the building works next door couldnt ruin it."

"Lots of steps at these apartments, try to stay on the opposite side to the building site."

"There was nothing wrong with the Puerto Rico area but the aparment's were shocking. When we arrived to the apartment at 3 in the morning the living area was not clean. But the most concerning part was the state of the travel cot they had supplied for my daughters 4 month old baby daughter. Lets just say I would not even put my dog in the travel cot its was that dirty. They exchanged the travel cot the next day, this one was in a slightly better condition but we still had to soak the mattress in disinfectant, washing powder and confort. This was just the start of the holiday.
We were very un happy with the cleanleness of the cleaners. When they did eventually turn up all they did was quickly make the beds and run a dirty mop over the floor.
We were also un happy with the security of the complex as my husband had money stolen out of his pants pocket in our apartment. Not only that my daughters partner had his debit card stolen and used. Then 3 days later my daughters apartment had been broke into again and this time they had taken all there holiday money, along with her partners PSP while they were sat round the pool. There had been no forced entery and every window and door had been locked. Also the front door had been double locked but when they arrived back there was no double lock on the door. There had been no cleaners in that day as we had informed the receptionist that no cleaners were to enter the room after the first theft had occured.
The 2 receptionests at the apartments were very helpful but we were un happy with the manager as he did nothing to help the situation. I had also over heard a conversation between the manager and one of the receptionest, as she was asking him for help with the situation. His replay was that if she did not want to work there she should go home.
This all happened in the first week of the holiday so you can understand by this time we all realy wanted to go home.
We wern't the only ones that had items and money stolen. We had been informed that in the previous 2 weeks before our arrival there had been 6 occations theft occured and along with ours there were 4 other couples as the same time."

"Great! Great! Great! We had a fantastic holiday and that includes our accomodation. Apartments basic, but they do their job. Apartments nice and clean, TV worked and guess what not a cocroach in sight. Would recommend to anyone who just wants a great holiday with cheap accomodation. The pool area and poolside bar was fantasic."

"Apartments were clean, Bar run by a very nice Scottish couple, ANDY & ANNE, good food, drinks were very reasonably priced"

"We had a lovely stay. However on our last night we were at the pool bar having drinks to kill time before our taxi picked us up, and the bar staff were very drunk and told us to get out and that they were shutting the bar. This was a very bad ending to a most enjoyable week, and this has put me off from returning there."

"Every morning we were woke up with the sound of a big crane working, as there was a building site right next to were our hotel was!!!"

"When we arrived there was a note on the shop window / reception (which was closed! ) which told us our room number. Whilst there the pool bar was only open between 10/11am untill 6pm. In the first week we was there it was closed on wednesday and the following week it was closed tuesday, wednesday, thursday. The apartment was cleaned once a week, this included emptying the bin in the bathroom and kitchen area, making the beds. The pots was left for us to do which i didnt mind but there was know dish cloths or washing up liquid. There was building work litrally going on next door to the appartment which went from 8am to 8pm monday to saturday and a 20 tonne machine drilling into the rock which echoed around the valley. The shop in the complex had many items out of date (which we didnt notice at first) for example we brought some soup which was over 2 years out of date and someone else brought a dairy milk which was 3 years out of dates. I can understand why we was ill now. The beaches where miles away (it seemed!), they where actually about 2000 mtrs away but you wouldnt want to walk back up."

"Fantastic Holiday, Pool Bar/Cafe very welcoming & great value for money.
Just outside main centre, so quiet at night when you wanted it to be but only a 5/10 min walk into the Europa centre for lots of great meals & attractions for the kids.
Will definately be using Travel Republic to book next yrs holiday !!"

"Good Location, Nice View, Good sized rooms"

"Very good, clean and tidy, value for money and very helpful staff."

"sheets &towels changed every other day would not hesitate to book this apartment again,BUT you need to be fit and agile because of steps and location"

"The apartments met are needs and offered all the facilities we required. All the staff were very helpful. Unfortunutly there was extencive building work taking part next to our rooms this included the use of heavy machinery from 9am until 5.30pm. As this was an annoyance we did not let this spoil our stay. In future notification would be aproved."

"pleased with apartments as long as you don't mind walking as its on top of a hill europer centre is about 500yards away taxi's are cheap enough tho"

"basic accomodation but clean. No aircon or fans available to rent so gets very hot and sticky. in the quieter area of the resort. taxi drive a must to peurto rico but only 4 euros . Good quality and value breakfast available on sight if you can wait for it to open otherwise pop to local shopping centre and small english cafe"
