"Power went two nights while we were there- the staff were unhelpful and told us the power would be back on in 20 minutes- when we asked same staff member later he said he didn't know when it was back on and denied saying 20 minutes earlier. Pool is tiny- looks bigger on pictures. No fridge in room or TV- very basic rooms. Staff were just really unhelpful the whole time- anything you asked seemed too much. Breakfast is no good- not much choice and ntohing really goes together- tea coffe and juice all awful- I usually don't complain but i will be to this hotel"

"This hotel is ok if you dont mind v v basic for a week!! The majority of the staff were unhelpful and not friendly. However one did speak english. One particular receptionist pretended to call everyone taxis and refused to fix the internet (he actually stropped off!!) It just seemed as though they couldnt be bothered! The room was clean ish however towels and bedding were stained and had holes in!! The bathroom was interesting!! Very small, and the shower was more of a jet wash and was too painful to stay under for longer than about ten seconds!! Also!!!!! There are large wooden slated vents in the bathrooms which is like having an open window and meant that you could hear everything from your neighbours room!! We could actually have a conversation with them from the back of our room without shouting!!! Hotel generally was very very noisy, so dont expect to sleep!! We were staying in the san an fora bit of the hotel.. we discovered the hotel seems to actually be in two halves dont know if the other half is any nicer!!! The computers in the hotel frequently stopped working so no good if u need to check emails! Breakfast was ok.. no cooked option all self serve toast (dont recommend the machine fruit juice was like orange liquid sugar!!!) I do not mind roughing it but would seriously only recommend this hotel as a last resort!!! As it took the michael jus a little too much!!! I will not be giving them any more of my money!!"

"The hotel was ideal for what we wanted. It suited younger people and was very lively.
The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and all the staff were very helpful.
We had heard that the food was poor before we went but although we only had a couple of meals in the hotel, the food was very good.

Highly Recommended for young people want a lively holiday!"

"I thought that this hotel was above average for a 2 star hotel. It was clean. The single rooms were very small but the twin rooms were a good size. The breakfast is continental. The 'West End' is about 20 mins walk away."
