"Greeted on arrival and from there on in, the service/staff were excellent. Our Apartment was kept continually clean and tidy which, although basic (which we expected for the price) was superb value for money.

Description from your website/hotel itself(direct site) was very accurate and we were not left disappointed. Large pool with amble room for swimming with enough seabeds to cater for everyone - we no additional cost, which we had heard mentioned from other hotels in the area.

Although we were in no-way put out by the relativeley short, but in part, very steep walk back from the village/harbour area, anyone with a form of disability or possibly older people would not find this a suitable location to stay - unless they were happy paying for regular taxi use. Those with familes/young children involving pushchairs etc, may or may not find this suitable, depending there desire to a walk the hill.

The hotel kept excellend records of our bar tab (unfortunatley), details of our departure and even provided a room to change in, without charge, for our late checkout. All in All, superb staff/accomadation, serviced by people who, nothing was to much trouble, and did it always with a smile. We'll be back."

"The hotel was, I think a 3-star and was very clean and presentable. The staff were very friendly and on first name basis by the 2nd day. They were very good with my 7-year-old, and although I didnt, I would have felt comfortable popping up to my room and leaving her by the pool.

All requests were met accordingly and the price was very good for what we actually got. I was very pleased with the accomodation and would stay there again.

"Building a new road right at the front of the hotel which made access to and from the town a little difficult. Noisy at times also. Obviously this work is neccessary but had we known about this then we would have perhaps chosen another hotel.

Staff very pleasant and attentive and the rooms were very clean. We ate at the hotel on a couple of occasions and the meals were very reasonable and of a good standard"

"Samira Deluxe apartments itself was a lovely place to stay, excellent staff who could not do enough for you and rooms cleaned thoroughly every day and towels changed daily
However, we were disappointed to find when we arrived that they are constructing a new road (which we were not informed about) which they were working on right outside the apartments, It was very noisy as construction machinery equipped with rock breaking attachments were operating every day from early morning until 6pm at night and it was a constant convoy of dumper trucks removing the soil and rocks that had been excavated"

"A lovely hotel with friendly staff, clean facilities and a great pool. It's only downfall was its distance from the centre of Kalkan: walking down the hill is no problem and takes about 10 minutes. Walking up it in 30 degree heat is a little different, it's quite steep!

As a result, we found the hotel to be pretty dead, although that might change later in the season (we were there in early June). That's not really a problem in Kalkan, though, as you should be down in the town or by the harbour anyway."

"on arrival we where put into a twin room with a brick wall as outlook having requested a double room with view , the toilet, shower room ceiling was leaking from the above room, we had toiletries stolen and reported to reception next day they where returned and hidden in our luggage, we complained about the room several times and eventually moved to another twin room with better outlook ( the top of the brick wall ), went swimming the first two days in the pool and got ear infections may be that is why we never saw anyone in the pool, the showers where nice and hot of an evening if you got a shower before 8 pm, in the morning there was no hot water whatsoever, there was a bus service down to the town advertised as free service up to midnight but unfortunately no bus after 10 pm after that it was a rip off taxi, if this was a 4 star hotel I have stayed in better 2 star accommodation."
