"For a 2* Hotel the place was clean and the staff were friendly. Was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. Although bar area slightly dated, again clean. Pool was a reasonable size- although limited sunshine. It islocated between the main centre of Larnaca and Macenzy Beach- both directions there are places to eat/drink etc. Can be as lively or as quiet as you want your holiday to be!"
Top Tip:
"Instead of heading left out of the hotel to Larnaca town centre head to the beach and walk right... Macenzy beach has loads of eating places and bars... And when the road hits a bend... keep walking along teh beach- there are even more places there!!!!"

rooms were basic but clean and tidy
owners and staff were fantastic"

"the best beach close to the hotel was a five minute walk called Mckenzie beach plenty of sunbeds and very clean ."

"Close to airport,quiet area.cheap enough.However, tired room/ bathroom and you can certainly find better value for money. We stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels throughout 14 day tour ,some we would use again:this is not one of them. Ideal? for independent traveller on budget."

"Got a great dose of food poison at local cafe,beware mayonaise in plastic squeezy bottles!"

San Remo Hotel is located just 100m away of beautiful sandy beaches where the climate is excellently warm, the people hospitable and the environment safe and friendly. The history of the island is certainly worth investigating through the museums, ancient stones and archaeological sites and monuments.

Accommodation

All rooms are tastefully decorated and provide air-conditioning, central heating, private bathroom, balcony with sea view, telephone, radio, colour TV and video programs. Hair dryers are also available at the reception desk (upon request).

Food & Beverage

The menu of the restaurant offers a variety of Cypriot and Continental cuisine, with regular theme nights serving traditional Cypriot dishes. Cafe Evita cocktail bar, adjoining the pool deck is a perfect place to meet with friends or business associates for a cocktail or drink.

Sports & Leisure

Leisure facilities at San Remo include a gym and for lively alternative, the night club offers live entertainment, music and entertaining group dances accompanied by live music.

Facilities & Services

The reception offers typing and faxing facilities and safe deposit box. A swimming pool is also available.
