Hotel Details - New Cataract Aswan Hotel

New Cataract Hotel, Aswan, was opened in 1963 as an elegant extension to Old Cataract Hotel. Situated in the same exotic and large garden, directly by the Nile and overlooking Elephantine Island. The location is an ideal base from which to explore the area, being only 300m from the "Nubian" Museum and 3 km from the historical monument "Noble Tombs".

The New Cataract Hotel is 20 km from Aswan Airport; other local sights include: Botanical Gardens Kitchener Island (2 km) and Lake Nasser (25 km).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise your clients that our local agent, Midland Travel, are available throughout their stay in Egypt, whether transfers are booked or not. Their signage and reps can be clearly seen in the arrivals area at the airport.
