"A wellsituated hotel in the centre of Larnaca, decor a bit dated. Staff friendly and helpful. It has a small swimming pool but most people use the beach which is immediately opposite. The beach is public so you have to pay for use of sunbeds and umbrellas but the sea is shallow and ideal for swimming."

"Only stayed for one night but found the hotel very nice, very clean and modern looking. The bar staff were attentive and there was entertain laid on. Very central location but I didnt find the noise an issue, would recommend it."

"We asked for a first floor room and they gave us a 7th floor room. The room was dirty dusty and shabby. The balcony was covered in Pigeon droppings. There was a host of motors, vents and tanks next to the balcony on our room and there was the carcass of a dead pigeon there. There was no toaster (they suggested we held our bread over a hot plate!). We had to suspend our food in carrier bags suspended to cupboard handles to keep the ants off. After a week there one of the maids removed our bag of cereals (three boxes of breakfast cereal). When we went to reception to inform them they had a very bad attitude and in the end I had to ask for the manager. The chambermaid said she had never seen the cereals. So who took them? The wardrobe had a hole in the bottom of the back wall with dust and debris spilling out. The bathroom had mould and mildew in the tile grout and below the sink was a murky mess left by soapy water from all the previous occupants. When we moved the furniture to re arrange to suit us we found dust, cigarette ash, hairs, tissues and other unmentionable dirt.

Not to be recommended. Somehow there is a misconception that this is a four star establishment. Not on your nellie.

"First of all when i got there they did not have my Booking which i booked in June i started to panic as i was on my own she was saying that we have not got it and when did i book it i said its there on the letter i gave you so i started ringing medi hotels who it was book with i could not get through i told her its all been paid for it tells you in the letter she then said well its a good job we have got Rooms well saying that if it was not for the conferences comeing in and the semiars there was hardly no one in the hotel The hotel was in a great location But as a 4 Star Rating NO I would class this as a 2.5 not even a 3, it is in need of a lot of Refurbishiment my toilet seat was Yellow and falling of the Bathroom had a lot of Rust all over the ceiling as it was this horrible tin like metal stuff all over the ceiling the shower was out of date very slow and old the food was nearly same thing every night on the buffet apart when they had the set menus the food was really nice, but they have to many conferences there or things going like semiars it felt like you should not be in the hotel and they catered more for them then they did for the guest I mean you could not go down for your Dinner one night as they had all these children on this semiar staying in the hotel for 2 nights and didnt we know it , they put some next to me and it was 3.30 in the morning I got to sleep with them opening and banging door every minute to let the other girls and boys in, they were pushing the chairs back and forward on balcony there must of been about 10 of them in that room, at 2.30 in morning i went out on balcony to tell them can they stop pushin chairs back and forward as its quite loud when you trying to get to sleep they just laughed so i phoned down to reception to speak to manager but he said there was no manager on so i explained and he said he would call them on the phone and when i try to say something else he said alright in a nasty tone as if he was
not bothered i left it another half a hour and it was still the same I phoned down again asking if he had called them and he said yes I said well nothing as changed so he said he would call again and after that it went a lot quieter could here them leaving , also i was on the first floor right above the dineing room area and yes and one of the speakers were right under my room they had a wedding on that went on till 3 in morning another late night then they had a another night of something in the hotel then went on till 2am felt like going down and cutting the wires it sounded terrible they never had NO Entertainment on for the Guests classed as a 4 Star you think they would have something in the week and 2 nights at the weekend it was terrible and being on your own like me and a few others that were there on there own would of been Ideal as you cannot go out in bars or clubs on your own if you are a female like myself apart from that the staff were nice and pleasent but that was it , ithe rooms would have to have a lot done to it for me to go back there and more Entertainment for Guests that are staying there but Location Great"

"Hotel and facilities were quite basic but comfortable and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I stay in Cyprus a lot visiting family and have nearly always been disappointed by the accomodation. This visit was an exception."

"He Hotel is in an Excellant spot acroos the road from the beach and from top to bottom of the hotel and furthur afield great choice of Resturaunts even Pizza House right on the front with sea view.

The Hotel is very well kept staff do a great job and maids clean your room and change towels every day a great choice"

"The hotel was in a fantastic position for us. We loved Larnaca, not the usual resort where you could blend one into the other wherever you are on the Med'.
A very cosmopolitan town, not really for families but this suited us.
However the hotel was not upto the standard I would expect from 4 star accomodation. (We booked it as a 4 star but I notice on your details here it is 3star)The most helpful person there was the loosely titled concierge. He always had a smile and was very welcoming. The reception staff gave the impression of doing as little as possble to please the customer but just enough to keep their job. If I was the manager they would have a lesson in manners and an elastic band around their head to make it look as if they are smiling!!! Quite rude on occasion.
The beach is man made and ok. The local authorities seem to be doing there best to make the area an good attration and they are planning to extend the work carried out on the front making the promenade much longer. They have done a wonderful job so far. Parking can be difficult though. There are many restaurants of all different kinds from Local specialists to Indian, Chinese, good daytime cafes right through to the cardboard food of Mcdonalds."

"good hotel,rooms etc clean would stay again.This is more of a locals type hotel used for local weddings etc and buisness meetings etc but the staff do look after you"

"The hotel stated that it had air conditioning, but when we asked for it to be turned on they said that it was not available until May 1st. We asked for a fan because it was so hot in the room and could not sleep, but they said they didn't have any. This was a 4 star hotel. I would struggle to rate it at a 3 star. The food was poor and the swimming pool area left a lot to be desired. There was no where to park the car. I would never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone. I love Cyprus, but not that hotel."
