"We had a really great time. This is second stay at the El Wekala. The staff are fantastic and do everything they can to ensure you have a good time. They are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. They surprised us with an lovely anniversary cake and some very fancy towel folding!! The food is good honest fayre - not exotic but always plenty and hot! The pastries at breakfast time - were amazing!!! If I had to make a criticism it would be that the dining room and ouside dining area furniture is getting a bit tired and the Peanut Bar is not really very nice - we did not sit in there at all. It could do with a little bit of revamping. But other than that it was a super holiday. Not the place for people who like a lot going on and lots of shops, bars ect. but it was perfect for the quiet, relaxing getaway. I am sure we will be returning again."
Top Tip:
"Go snorkelling off the jetty outside the Hyatt Hotel. Simply fabulous!!! We were there almost every day - sometimes twice!"

"I went to Egypt with my sister and all the staff were friendly, not creepy, like some staff in hotels in Egypt."
Top Tip:
"Spend at leat one evening in the Chez Pascal restaurant. I was surprised at how good the food was, as good as anywhere I have eaten in London. At £37 for 3 courses for 2 people and a bottle of wine, it was fantastic value."

The Three Corners El Wekala Resort occupies prime location in the Taba Heights Resort and is breathtakingly situated between the red coloured mountains of the Sinai and the sapphire waters of the Red Sea. In front of El Wekala is the 18 hole golf course which rolls out its greens towards the beautiful and secluded beaches.

Accommodation

The Three Corners El Wekala Resort offers 214 rooms with views on the pool, the lush gardens, the mountains and of course the tremendous Red Sea. The rooms are fully equpped with a fridge, Satellite TV, airconditioning, a bathroom with shower and a terrace or balcony.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, wine, tea and coffee are offered. Snacks such as sandwiches, mini croissants, French fries, hot dogs, , burgers, mini pizza, etc are available between 15:00 & 16:00 at the pool area (rotating menu - at least two times). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, vodka, rum, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, tea, coffee, etc are served at the pool bar (10:00-17:00), the Peanuts bar (17:00-24:00) and the beach bar (10:30-17:00, only soft drinks, tea and coffee).

All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment

Sport facilities at the hotel include volleyball, football, table tennis, darts and water polo. The animation team has an all day and light entertainment programme in the evening which includes quizzes, mini disco, evening dance, etc.

Chargeable Extras

All motorised and non motorised water sports are available at a charge at the diving centre.

Facilities & Services

The resort has everything to make your holidays an exciting experience. Two swimming pools, a childrens pool, a beach and much more. The El Wekala Resorts private beach is a large, magnificent sandy beach, at only a 5 minutes drive by shuttle bus. Resort facilities and services include activities like morning gymnastics, softball, water games, card contents, bingo or beach volleyball.

Taba Heights is 35 km away from Taba International Airport, and 19 km away from the Taba-Eilat border.
