"The first thing to mention is this is a nice hotel, staff are great and you feel welcome. A relitively new resort, more suited to familys. be aware that there are not many brits here, entertainment is minimal and we found ourselves going to bed relativly early. The only gripe i have is that at meal times most people waited patiently in line for the food, but some very selfish guests just pushed in. The food was very good quality, and we always found smoething we liked. would i come back , probabally not but this is no reflection on the hotel. we just like it a bit more lively. All in all a nice place to visit."

"It was a lovely stay, If your looking for a busy and loud holiday look elsewhere!. If your looking for a peaceful do nothing stay then book today!.

We read the revies before we left, and must say that the hotel was lovely and the staff excellent. While we were their some brits complained about the lack of drinks after 12 midnight and other silly things but some people will complain that it's too hot!

"What a fantastic hotel, very clean and well run. The staff ALL SMILE and are very friendly without becoming a pest. Rooms were very clean and had ample space, beds were very comfatable . Pool design is very good (all 3) but main pool design lets you look out to sea as your swimming. Food was fair and the menu was different every day & there was always something to our taste. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone we had a fantastic stay and would love to go back."

"Before we left we read a few negative comments on this hotel, but we travelled with an open mind. The negative comments were unjustified, the hotel is fine, in fact it is better than fine. Nice building, rooms were clean and well furnished, beds a bit hard but ok. The grounds of the hotel are fine, the gardens are still growing and will take some time to be established.
You can do as much or as little as you want, during the day the animation team organise the usual stretching, aerobics and water polo etc. At night time they put on shows (can't really comment on the show quality as we didn't attend any), there is usually a singer on the balcony.

The hotel have built a jetty out across the reef, this is not totally finished and you can only snorkel from it, the jetty needs to be extended another 50 metres at least to reach the edge of the reef before you will be able to dive from it. There is a dive centre on the beach run by Extra Divers and I believe the house reef will be a nice dive when the jetty is finished.

Food is the usual international buffet standard, neither myself nor my wife had any problems here, no upset stomachs and the food was plentyful and hot.



All in all the hotel is a good hotel and I would return again with no reservations."

"The food is not upto 5 star standard more like 3 star .The vodka run out at 11:30pm and you couln;t have another drink until your glass was empty, it was a joke."

"2nd time at this hotel, service execellent, very clean and food good. Couldnt do enough to make our staff enjoyable and relaxing. Extremely hot at this time of year and wouldnt take little ones. If you wish to tour probably the wrong resort as very new area and nothing but desert.

If you are looking to relax and have peaceful holiday this is the resort for you."

"We found the Hotel really great. The entertainment was very poor. you had to pay for one evenings entertainment which I refused as it was an all inclusive Hotel, and there was not really any entertainment at the hotel anyway. The food was very good, plenty of choice, and (mugs of tea for breakfast) we never had to que for our eggs as there was two egg stations. Our room was very nice and very claen, we had a great view of the sea. They could do with a little bit of entertainment in the lobby bar as it is so quite. A solo singer or something like that.

But we did have a great hotel the staff was really gret, and we will be going back next year if you can give us a good deal like this year. Thankyou for such a great Holiday"

"Lovely hotel area not been finished with building works will be awesome in couple of years. Pool heating not working.Transfers to hotel more expensive than everyone reckoned. Although booked through yourselves thomson rep very helpful went on a couple of awesome thomson trips. (Luxor overnight and Camel riding in the desert). Downside came back from eygpt with the runs lasting 1 week."

"Although it was not completed i was impressed, the staff made it for us they were great. i wasn't so impressed with our russian guests ! The walk way down to the beach (high steps) could be dangerous there was no lighting. I think in 12 monyhs ime it will be superb especially when jety is built. In many of the details it say's it's built. Would go back.

"We were given twin room upon arrival even though they had plenty of double rooms free. We had to wait two hours for another room.
The food was rather tasteless and we've survived on chilli pasta all week as nqueying means and were generaly rude.othing else had any taste. Hotel was packed with russians who don't know what queying is.
There's nowhere else to eat apart from the buffet which after a week is more than your stomach can handle.
Hotel is 5 minutes bus drive from Coral beach diving hotel, where Emperor divers are based. We so much wished we stayed in this hotel even though it does not have beach, there are food options and guests are meanly brittish.
All in all we were happy to leave this hotel and will never return."
