- THIS IS THE COUNTRY TO BARGAIN, BUT BE REASONABLE.IN AGADIR £1 BUYS YOU A LOT SO EACH TRANSACTION SHOULD BE REGARDED AS A WIN WIN POSITION FOR BOTH PARTIES.THE SOUK IS INTERESTING YOU CAN VIRTUALLY BUY ANYTHING YOU LIKE,NICE FABRICS FOR CURTAINS AND UPHOLSTREY, GARDEN SHEARS AND JEWELLRY.GOOD RESTAURANT IN TOWN. THE JAZZ BAR VERY GOOD FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE AND LIVE MUSIC. THEY ASLO SERVE MOROCCON FOOD.LA SCALA GOOD FRENCH FOOD AND SERVICE.
LEATHER VERY REASONABLE, NOT THE MOST MODERN ON DESIGN BUT WILL COPY ANYTHING YOU WANT. THE BEST SHOPS I FOUND WAS IN AGADIR TOWN IN THE MAIN CITY CENTRE NEAR THE JAZZ RESTAURANT QUALITY VERY GOOD AND PRICES MORE THAN FAIR.THEY WILL MAKE COATS AND JACKETS IN LEATHER FOR YOU IN TWO DAYS JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK QUALITY.
HAVE A GOOOD HOLIDAY. ANWAR SAID.

Stayed at Palais Des Roses HotelApril 2007 - Another top tip, our hotel info had a massage brochure . A 2 hour session cost 350MAD (£21) and was great. This was advertised in a hotel info magazine. The hotel chaged £5o per hour so aviod! Overall agadir is worth a visit . Fortunately no drunken louts around! Have a great time!
Do take taxi to promenade (French word so all understand) which is called CORNISHE is Arabic. The restaurants on the promenade are great. A lavish fillett steak meal of the highest quality is £7 exc drinks). Those families with kids, there is a McDonald & Pizza Hut nearby.
