- Great restaurant especially for fillet steak cooked perfectly is EL TORRO in the old town, straight ahead from the steps into the town, through two junctions, this is not for the disabled as there is a narrow flight of steps upstairs. great reception with staff.

Stayed at Don Paquito HotelApril 2007 - Try the Karrawiel restaurant just down the road from the hotel. Immaculately clean, immaculate service and wonderful food!
If you tire of the beach then take a taxi (5euros) up to Paloma Park just up from the windmill roundabout in Benalmadena for a stroll around the beautiful gardens and lake.

Stayed at Sol Principe HotelJuly 2007 - We have been going to this resort for 12 years now as we have a timeshare but it is the first time we have stayed in an hotel.We know lots of good bars and restaraunts in the area.The best restaraunt we think is called Your Majesty which is next to the church in the main street in La Carahuella,the food is excellent and the owners are very friendly.The best bar we go to is Playa Miguel on the sea front
