Stayed at Caledonia Dunas Club ApartmentsFebruary 2007 - Me and my boyfriend discovered a really nice music bar called ' Rock Cafe'. It's only 10 mins walk from the hotel. They have very good live bands play there every night. I would also recommend booking a trike tour. The company's website is www.fuertetrike.com. You can see photos from previous tours on there. It was a good fun adventure. For those who plan on hiring a car and love wild beaches as opposed to the commercial ones - a small village El Cotillo is the place to go.

Stayed at Oasis Royal ApartmentsNovember 2006 - We found a bar called Flicks, that we went into most nights their was a good DJ so we managed to have a good dance.

Stayed at Playa Park Club Corralejo ApartmentsDecember 2005 - El Rincon restraunt behind the square with the live music stage, I recommend the mixed tapas, three dishes came with added canarian potatoes and tortillia and was more than enough for two people for only 12 euro.
The Corinthia on the beach near the Waikiki had a happy hour from 4 to 7 however not impressed with the food.
Also recommend the internet cafe in the grounds of the Hoplaco Apartments for cheap phone calls.

Stayed at Fuentepark ApartmentsSeptember 2006 - Finnegans Irish Pub...a bit cramped but a great atmosphere...with live music. If you go to the sand dunes beach - bring a picnic (the only food outlet is a dodgey burgher shack)
