Me and my boyfriend discovered a really nice music bar called ' Rock Cafe'. It's only 10 mins walk from the hotel. They have very good live bands play there every night. I would also recommend booking a trike tour. The company's website is www.fuertetrike.com. You can see photos from previous tours on there. It was a good fun adventure. For those who plan on hiring a car and love wild beaches as opposed to the commercial ones - a small village El Cotillo is the place to go. from Beata

El Rincon restraunt behind the square with the live music stage, I recommend the mixed tapas, three dishes came with added canarian potatoes and tortillia and was more than enough for two people for only 12 euro. The Corinthia on the beach near the Waikiki had a happy hour from 4 to 7 however not impressed with the food. Also recommend the internet cafe in the grounds of the Hoplaco Apartments for cheap phone calls. from Brendan

"Rock Cafe" on the main road with life music. Flag beech is a must to see! Wikkiki beech with nice restaurant and disco. Autos Martel for cheep but great cars(33euros/day). Camel ride in La Lajita zoo park. from TOMASZ
