  • ChinaWhite in Kasbah is good is you like hip hop and R&B, The Irish Tavern do a great fry up! Also in the Kasbah shopping centre! Aqualand is a great day out for the water rides. And, to the main entrance of the beach there is an Italian restaurant to the left, the waiters are friendly and polite, and they do great food. Tutti Frutti also arond the main entrance to the beach have great fruit drinks, which are freshly squeezed and made for you there and then. from Shaun

  • My suggestion would be to walk down to the beach front (10 mins) and take a right along the front and look for the 'Roma Restaurant' best pasta in town! they also have live music, great entertainment for couples and families. from Scott

  • The Yumbo Centre at night is really great. It becomes the gay centre of Gran Canaria at night. If you want a good restaurant you must try the Centrum Restaurant on the corner on teh second floor, great staff, great food went several times. Also if you are gay and want a quiet place to go duringthe day try Club Mancha across the road from teh Yumbo Centre which is a gay complex open to non residents during the day. Really nice pool, bar and the staff are absoloutely great in particular Steve the Manager. we spent most days there soaking up the sun and got agreat tan. from I
