Top Tips from our customers for Entertainment in Hurghada - Egypt

- Dont hesitate to go out at night, do lots of shopping, haggle with the shopkeepers, you get a hell of a lot for your money. Whilst you're out have a game of backgammon or chess in a coffee shop with local people, they are very friendly! You do get a bit of hassle from street vendors trying to sell you stuff but don't get intimidated, just walk past them and they will leave you alone once they see you're not interested. Loads of stuff to buy especially leather goods and egyptian cotton, all at a fraction of the cost you would pay at home.

Stayed at Tia Heights Makadi Bay - ex Le Meridien Makadi Bay HotelJuly 2006 - Nice to be able to use faclilites of the three neighbouring hotels. The jasmin Village is especially good for the kids as it has a great play park and it's own little petting zoo. The children loved feeding the monkeys here.
