  • Our favourite restaurant was Kaede (japanese sushi conveyer restaurant) - wide variety of eastern food not limited to japanese and lovely staff. Also L'Artista italian restaurant. Very friendly staff and lovely complimentary tiramisu as it was my boyfriend's birthday! from li ping

  • Excellent Chinese about a 20 minute walk along the prom towards the harbour. Also within a ten minute drive is marina Rubicon. Fabulous place, and also within a very easy drive are the fabulous Papagayo beaches.Altogether a superb place. from Peter

  • Short walk eastwards along coastal path brings you to Argentinan restaurant (forgot the name) on first floor of hotel block - superb views from balcony and really excellent steaks as befits an Argentinian chef. from Roderic

  • There is a very good chinese restaurant in Playa Blanca called The Great World we would recommend eating there. Also along the coast towards the lighthouse there is a new beach bar called The Natura Beach Bar we would recommend this for lunch or a drink. from Susan

  • Brilliant Restaurant was the Natura Beach. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Just follow the coastal pathaway from Playa Blanca, past the Natura Palace Hotel and you cannot miss it . Disabled access excellent from C

  • Casa Pedro fish fantastic. Staff moribund. sunday eat at 2nd italian on marina but ask for tapas menu-superb,lunch for 2 with wine and water 18-20 euros. Las brisas rest. on sea front towards playa dorado beach 3 course menu + drink 11 euros. from brian
