  • Chev's Karaoke bar in the Matagorda Shopping Centre was fab. For a fantastic night try Redz Bar in Puerto del Carmen, but be prepared to get totally wrecked! Free flowing Tequilla all night till 6am when bar closes. Loads of games and fun to be had!! Also in Puerto del Carmen is Flannigans, where Bianca the Bitch puts on a brilliant drag show. Absolutely hillarious, and well worth a visit! Sunday roast at Barty's is lovely too, though service is a bit slow. from Valerie

  • First & Last in the resort was a very good irish bar which served the best breakfasts and the entertainment of John on his guitar in the evening is worth staying for. Also the sportsman was a very friendly place to have a drink with Anthony the barman. from Gillian

  • Lots of good restaurants to try. We never went to the same one twice but this was no reflection on the food or service. If you are feeling daring, try the Sapporo. We had never eaten Japanese food, but really enjoyed both the food and the floor show! from Brian Kenneth
