  • Marinera restaraunt on the beach front is excellent . Go here if you want to have a slightly more upmarket meal. Walk along the prom towards the "castle" and you will find a beautifull beach and a few more upmarket restaurants and shops. from Jane

  • the best restuarant around is called Chaplins and is owned by a guy called Pablo, every meal is great, the breakfasts are fab, he's excellent with kids and really flexible with the menus. Better still its very reasonably priced and only a 10 minute walk. What more could you ask for? from Darren

  • right in the middle of puerto colon 300 meters from euginesbar,oppiste is scot corner they do a good english breakfast. big shopping centre is on your door step. down on colon beach try irish rose bar for homemade cooking not a bad pint of estrella either for a euro good eating chinese and indian nexdoor as well.try to ignore the scratch card touts .they are all over the place from G

  • nice restaurants around harbour we preferred to walk along front to torviscas nicer restauraunts couple euro more, most places 1.50euro a pint . Beach 10mins downhill, very nice and had huge inflatables in the sea for the kids (and young adults) only 5 euros per hour or 10 for the whole day. The PAs trying to get you in to their bars or restaurants were a pain especially when we walked along to Las Americas. Night life not great - mostly karioke bars but a few had singers on.
