There are lots of good restaurants but La Flambe in Los Christianas is for real gourmet food eaters. Also in Las Americas The restaurant Resenla is excellent this is situated above the water fountain which at night is lit up in all its splendour accompanied by fantastic music. from Shirley

They also have lots of entertainment on at night time, although there is an over reliance on karaoke.
