"Stayed at Westin for 2 nights, up on arrival there was no porter or door man to help, in fact never saw a door man through out my stay. the reception staff were not professional nor cherrful, the room was clean but very plain, the shower did not work properly, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Zagreb this hotel is not it, having traveled all over the world and stayed at many hotels I rate this hotel 3 star. All in all I found this hotel quite depressing."

The rooms are in good condition with comfortable beds and modern furniture. The bathrooms are tiled with blue and equipped with all facilities to a 5-star hotel.

The restaurant is located behind the reception desk and was recently renovated. It now serves as a succulent cuisine in a high quality.

It is a modern hotel and business dating back 70 years, characterized by a mix of attractive white concrete and glass.

This hotel comes highly recommended to all travellers with its excellent standard accommodation and services. (09.08 TC)
